The dedicated Rooftop restaurants and bars are finishing setting up their terraces to prepare for the warm days, but are still closed. So this week, we share with you three spots, where you can already relax at noon or at midnight !
Les Jardins d’Olympe, a small paradise in the heart of Le Marais
The first venue is what QUARTIER LIBRE**** is about : French tradition with a contemporary twist, nature and history. Hidden in the jardins à la Française of the Carnavalet Museum, the oldest museum in Paris dedicated to the history of the City, the ephemeral restaurant, @lesjardinsdolympe offers a “natural city break” experience. Its plant-based menu is concocted by chef @chloecharlescuisine, pastry chef @andrea.sham and includes Mindful cocktails of mixologist @madamecamillevidal. Montana by Ticca, Italian Dream
Because we like enriching the Parisian spirit with multicultural influences, our second spot is the new trendy restaurant @montana_byticca. You will dine in a mythical Parisian place while enjoying “a high Italian gastronomy, but warm” as the chefs Nicola Iovine and Salvatore Ticca say. Located a few meters from the Café de Flore, Montana changed a thousand times, but always remained an iconic Parisian nightlife venue: jazz bar, hotel and the most select club in Paris. SkyBar, high in the clouds
Our last rooftop address will give you a breathtaking view of the City of Lights and the Eiffel Tower and of course Montmartre, as the sun goes down. Perched 115 meters high on the rooftop of the Pullman Hotel, in a decor both raw and futuristic, @skybarparis is the highest open-air bar in the capital offers fusion cuisine and signature cocktails with evocative names such as “le soyeux”, “l’aérien” or “l’effervescent”, each of which is available in a non-alcoholic version, to the sound of DJ sets.
