Door opening

To open the apartment please use the personal access code received by email. 

  • Type your personal code
  • Wait for the green light bip
  • Pull the door slightly towards you
  • Push the door to open

Lights master switch

The top switch at the entrance door enables you to switch off all the lights of the apartment. 

Heating/air conditioning controller

Turn the heating / air conditioning ON or OFF by pressing the ON/ OFF button on the top right of the controller.

  • Select the temperature by using the +/- button of the controller

  • The central button give you access to more options, like increase/decrease the airflow. We suggest you keep it as low as possible.

  • You can connect the box to your smartphone by downloading
    the MADOKA ASSISTANT app

CHROMECAST TV

Stream Your Content From Your Device​

  • Use your remote to select the Chromecast input on the TV

  • Follow the instructions on the screen

  • Enjoy the content from your device on the TV by clicking this icon from your phone or computer

Safe Type 1 (studio)

  • To lock the safe : Type in your 4 digit code followed by “LOCK”
  • To open the safe : Type in your 4 digit code to open the safe

Safe Type 2 (1 Bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments)

To set up a new code
  • Partially open the hatch at the back of the door and press the black “RESET” button for a couple of seconds.
  • Type in your new code followed by the “#” pound.
  • The safe will emit a confirmation beep.
  • Turn the safe lock left to close it.
  • The safe will emit a confirmation beep and display a “locked” pictogram.
To open the safe
  • Type in your code followed by the “#” pound.
  • The safe will emit a confirmation beep, display an “unlocked” pictogram and enable you to turn right the lock and open the door.

Safe Type 2 (1 Bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments)

To set up a new code

Oven

  • Press  to activate the cooking function, the symbol will light up on the display.
  • The default temperature is 180C. After selecting the appropriate heating mode, the display will show the following symbol .
  • Press to set the appropriate temperature.
  • Press or  to set the appropriate temperature from 100C to 230C.
  • Press to set the desired cooking time. The default time is 10 minutes. Press or to select the appropriate time from 10 minutes to 5 hours.
  • Press to start the cooking process.

MICROWAVE

  • Press to select the microwave cooking function.
  • To set the microwave power (from 100W to 900W), press the
  • To set the cooking time, press the button , then set the time using the or buttons . The maximum cooking time depends on the power setting. If the power setting is 900W, the maximum time is 30 minutes.
  • Press to start cooking.

INDUCTION COOKTOP

The induction cooktop only works with the kitchen appliances in the apartment. Place a pan that fits the size of the plate for optimal operation.

Towel Dryer

  • To turn the heater on or off, press and hold the ON/OFF button on the box in the bathroom for more than 2 seconds. Do not leave it ON if you are not using it.

  • You can set the desired temperature by pressing the + or – button on your control panel over a range of 7°C to 28°C.
