How can I check availability at a specific aparthotel?
Simply select the desired aparthotel directly from the homepage, then run a search using the booking engine to check availability and real-time pricing.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our aparthotels
Can a baby cot be added to the room?
Yes, our aparthotels offer baby cots available upon request.

I want to cancel or modify my reservation online — will my stay still be charged?
Before making any changes, we recommend checking the cancellation policy of your reservation to confirm whether it can be modified or cancelled.
Any charges will apply in accordance with the terms of your booking
What is the difference between a refundable and a non-refundable rate?
Flexible (refundable) rate: This rate allows you to modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival (local time of the property).
Non-refundable rate: This rate requires immediate payment by credit or debit card. It cannot be modified or cancelled, and no refund will be issued
How do I access the apartment?
After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to complete your boarding pass. Once the form is filled out, you will find the access code to enter your apartment
Are the city tax and cleaning fees included in the price?
Yes, the city tax and final cleaning fees are included in the price shown at the time of your booking
Can I request additional cleaning during my stay?
Yes, additional cleaning service is available as a paid option. You can request it directly through your Boarding Pass
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, we offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability on the day of your arrival or departure.
An additional fee of €50 applies for this service.
We recommend contacting us a few days prior to your stay to check availability and make your request
Do you have luggage storage facilities?
Yes, we have luggage storage available for your use. You can leave your bags there safely
What time is check-in?
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM.
If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage until your apartment is ready"

The Wi-Fi code is available in the Boarding Pass, which the guest can access once all the required fields are completed
How can I extend my stay?
You can request an extension of your stay either at the reception or through your Boarding Pass. Our team will check availability and confirm your request as soon as possible
Is it possible to book a meeting room?
Yes, a meeting room is available at Quartier Libre Opera
Do you offer parking or are there parking options nearby?
We do not have on-site parking, but there are paid parking facilities nearby each residence:
Quartier Libre Opéra / Quartier Libre Madeleine: The Q-Park Olympia - Edouard VII, located just across from the aparthotel, offers rates starting at 47 € for 24 hours (discounted rates available with online reservation)

Is it possible to print documents on site?
Yes, you can print your documents at the reception. Feel free to ask our on-site team for any printing requests
