Gostei da localização, próxima aos principais pontos de visita na cidade. Quarto e banheiro razoáveis, utensílios de cozinha e espaço para acomodar bagagens bons. Café da manhã muito bom e com grande variedade de itens.

Negative:
Falta limpeza diária no quarto. Só fazem sob pagamento, o que é inaceitável.

Comfortabel en schoon appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Centraal gelegen in levendige wijk met veel restaurantjes en winkels. In het appartement zelf was het verbazingwekkend rustig gezien de ligging, wat we erg prettig vonden. Dichtbij metrostations en verschillende bezienswaardigheden zoals de Opéra Garnier en bekende musea. Regelmatig checkte de verhuurder of alles naar wens was, het contact verliep zeer vriendelijk. De lift naar de vierde verdieping werkte goed.

Positive:
Due to the unit location on the ground floor the site had construction debris all over the court yard, with view of the Trash Dumpster area. The unit was infested with gnats flying all over the unit. I reported this and asked to be moved to a unit upstairs and was never answered. The reception attendant was always responsible and helpful in submitting my request, but was never answered by management. The area was also quite noisy during the middle of the night, 1:00 am - 3:00 am moving the dumpsters out to the curb for trash pick up. This was located on the sidewalk of the unit right at the front door. Trash is picked up daily in Paris, so this was a nightly occurrence. I would not recommend this sight to anyone.

The apartment was very spacious, with an excellent location in the heart of Paris. We particularly appreciated the sense of safety and security, the modern and brand-new furniture, and the overall comfort of the property. Another great feature was the availability of a bidet spray (handheld bidet) in the bathroom, which was a thoughtful and convenient addition.

Negative:
The daily housekeeping service was excessively expensive, especially considering the already high cost of staying at the property. At this price point, basic housekeeping services should be complimentary. At the very least, daily towel replacement and garbage collection should be included free of charge. Providing these essential services would significantly improve the overall guest experience and better reflect the property’s premium pricing.

I loved the location and the easy access to everything. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and welcoming, which made my stay more pleasant.

The property was a little noisy, which sometimes made it difficult to relax. Also, the room did not have the living room area shown in the pictures, which was disappointing. I would have appreciated having a large mirror in the bedroom, as the only mirror was in the bathroom.

Great location for getting around the city and seeing the sites of Paris. Great restaurants in area. All the staff was very quick to answer questions and communicate. Surprisingly fast! I appreciated that they saved items we forgot in a drawer for us. Wonderful quiet apartment that was very restful and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with great pod coffee maker. Grocery store less than a block away.

Negative:
Entry was a little difficult as you walk through a restaurant work area and then have to carry bags up a few steps to the elevator. The stairs up are dark until you get to the second set of stairs when a light comes on. Also the rug on the stairs was worn. Once in the apartment, it is a modern, clean and well stocked for kitchen use. Two bathrooms are great but only one toilet for 2 couples.

This property is a hidden gem in a prime location. I was able to walk to most of the iconic places to see while in Paris. There is a market across the street for convenience and there is a fantastic shopping and restaurant area.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, and the staff is top-notch, polite, and willing to assist.

There was nothing about this property I was unhappy with.

An exceptional stay! The apartment was absolutely wonderful ! so clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. It was clear that the hosts had genuinely thought of everything a guest might need, which made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable.

Everything was well taken care of, and the attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciated the cleanliness and the feeling that the apartment had been prepared with the guest in mind.

I hope they continue to maintain this wonderful standard, because it makes such a difference. I would be very happy to stay here again!

Negative:
The only thing I did not like during my stay was the location of the garbage bins. Unfortunately, the bins were placed directly in front of the main entrance, and the smell was quite unpleasant.

My studio was also located on the ground floor facing the courtyard, and there were additional garbage bins placed directly next to my room while waiting for collection. I feel that the bins should remain inside the designated garbage room until the collection time, rather than being kept next to guest rooms or the main entrance.

I hope this can be addressed, as otherwise the stay was excellent and the apartment itself was exceptionally clean and well prepared.
