Great Location, apartment was a good size.

Location and the staff her name is venessia and the guy from Philippines they are very helpful during check out
Security is good. Accommodation is very clean and good furniture

Negative:
The accommodation is very small it fit for one to two person only we were 4, all facility is not free, we can’t move inside the room it’s so small. I send a lot of request to have big apartment no one reply also I ask the lady in the front office she didn’t call me back. I use to book in another hotel which is not easy.

La propreté de la chambre et les équipements confortables et qualitatifs. Le personnel est agréable. L’emplacement est bon avec un accès au métro et aux commerces proche.

Negative:
La salle de bain est trop petite.
Il manque un miroir dans la chambre en plus de celui de la salle de bain.

prima kamer met alle faciliteiten op een goede locatie in de Marais.

Onze kamer lag aan de boulevard Sebastopol waar ontzettend veel verkeer doorkomt die je in de kamer goed hoort.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and charming cafés. It is located in a beautiful, atmospheric building and is stylishly decorated and well equipped, with both air conditioning and a dishwasher. Another big advantage was the helpful service—the staff responded quickly to the issue we reported and resolved it promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Negative:
The fully online check-in process was quite frustrating. We booked shortly before arriving and were asked to pay the tourist tax online via a link. Having to do this at the last minute while travelling, for example on the metro, was not very convenient. Staff were present when we arrived, but they had no card terminal and did not accept cash. Instead of going straight to our room after the journey, we had to log in to the website and complete the payment online.

The property is presented on Booking.com as a four-star hotel, but guests should be aware that it does not appear to correspond to the official French four-star hotel classification. On Booking.com, such property ratings may be displayed using dots rather than official stars. This can be slightly misleading, especially for guests familiar with the hotel industry. ;)

Positive:
We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment has two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, which is very convenient.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has such a warm and cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent, with two metro stations within easy walking distance and a supermarket nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here if we have the opportunity to visit Paris again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, cozy, and welcoming, and everything was pleasant from beginning to end.
The service was excellent, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris!

Замечательное месторасположение, удобный и симпатичный номер, приветливый персонал, онлайн регистрация.

Negative:
Не посмотрела сама, но и дополнительно не увидела подтверждения о том, что номер будет на 2м этаже- чуть темновато от того, что окна не такие большие. Высоковата цена, наличие доп страховки за ущерб с указанием рисков об экстра платах.

Très bien placé à côté de la rue des martyrs et sur la petite place Gustave Toudouze. Le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. La chambre est agréable, parfait pour quelques jours.

Negative:
L’appartement aurait pu être plus propre, quelques détails font penser que ce n’est pas nickel (quelques traces sur les murs, la chaise haute était un peu sale également). Mais rien de grave globalement c’était quand même très bien.

Positive:
Sehr schönes Apartment, gute Küchenausstattung, kleiner Balkon, edles Badezimmer mit tollen Pflegeprodukten, problemloser Check-In

Negative:
Ein Ganzkörperspiegel wäre das einzige das fehlt, es gab nur den kleinen Badezimmerspiegel

Positive:
Номер чистый, бельё и полотенца белоснежные, со всем необходимым и даже немножко больше. Втроем с двумя взрослыми детьми места маловато, но для пары номер студия будет удобен. Завтраки небольшие, но есть все необходимое - от вкусного кофе, до блинчиков и круассанов.

Negative:
Кондиционер очень плохо работал, на что персонал не реагировал.
