Petit pour une famille avec 3 enfants, mais charmant et bien placé.
Très propre, cuisine très équipée.
C’est dommage que le ventilateur de la pompe à chaleur soit sur la terrasse, juste à côté de la fenêtre de la chambre : ça fait un boucan d’enfer!

The location was great, easy to go anywhere. Rooms were spacious, considering it's centre of Paris.
I had a holiday as well as worked in the room for a few days and the hotel was great for both.
Staff was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions and requests fast.

Negative:
Not necessarily a negative thing, just pointing out. It's an apartment, rather than a regular hotel, so there's no room cleaning in the middle of the stay. Which is fine if you stay for a short time. You do have access to cleaning supplies in the room, which was great for us, since we stayed for 10 days.

The location was great and the spec of the property was amazing, really modern and clean and they thought of everything you might need for your visit.

La télévision s'éteignait toutes les 5mins lorsqu'on voulait associer notre téléphone pour mettre un peu de musique.

De locatie was perfect! Een leuk buurtje en wij kwamen op de meeste hotspots zeer gemakkelijk lopend of soms met de metro. Het appartement is knus, modern, stijlvol en schoon! Ik zou er zo opnieuw boeken.

Negative:
Het gebeurde niet vaak maar als andere bezoekers op de gang luidruchtig waren dan hoor je dat heel goed. En zo ook de airco units buiten. Maar je went daar wel aan dus het heeft geen grote invloed gehad op ons verblijf.
De verwarming vonden we wat lastig te regelen (wij zijn niet gewend in een warme kamer te slapen). Dus we hebben de installatie helemaal uitgezet omdat we hem niet goed lager kregen.

Loved the cleaniness. All facilities you needed for a great and easy stay were there. The host was very clear in his communication and check out/in was easy.

Negative:
The pictures didn't show the size of the room clearly. Once the sofa couch was unfolded there was literally no space to walk around. The whole room would be one mattress. I would say this place is fantastic for a couple or two friends. For three friends it is a bit tight.

Das Personal war, obwohl keiner an der Rezeption saß, telefonisch sehr gut erreichbar und hat einem sofort weitergeholfen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es war an Ausstattung alles da, was man braucht.

Negative:
Das Apartment war sehr klein. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist so groß wie eine Salatschüssel und umrandet von Wänden, sodass es nicht möglich ist dieses zu nutzen, ohne das gesamte Bad in ein Schwimmbad zu verwandeln. An Ausstattung war alles da, aber von jedem nur 4 Teile, sodass die Spülmaschine mehrmals an Tag lief.

Fantastische locatie, erg schoon, heldere instructies voor aankomst.
We zaten op bovenste, zesde, verdieping, geschakelde appartementen met tussendeur, geschikt voor gezin of vriendengroep. Voor Parijse begrippen voldoende ruimte. Lekkere stortdouche. Minikeuken, waarom zou je die gebruiken anders voor thee/koffie met al die restaurantjes direct om de hoek, wel goed geoutilleerd.
Verder veel handdoeken, banken en stoelen zitten uitstekend, goede matrassen.

Negative:
Zoals je vaker ziet wat goedkope materialen gebruikt voor interieur. We durfden onze winterjassen niet aan de haakjes te hangen, die zaten al los als je ernaar keek.
Het was wat warm in de slaapkamer (december) maar op de laatste dag kwamen we erachter dat we de thermostaat uit hadden moeten zetten i.p.v. laag, we gaven advies aan eigenaar om instructies achter te laten.

오픈한지 얼마 안된 숙소여서 시설이깔끔했습니다.
침대, 소파, 주방기구 등 모든게 완벽하게 갖추어져 있습니다.
체크인도 미리 온라인으로 할 수 있었으며 이용할 수 있는 비밀번호를 이메일로 사전에 알려주어 쉽게 체크인을 할 수 있습니다.

Negative:
숙소 앞길로 지하철이 다녀 숙소안에서 지하철 진동 소리가 들립니다.
리셉션이 있으나 24시간 운영이 아니었고 컨시어지 서비스를 요청할 수 없었습니다.
화장실이 너무 작아 이용하기 다소 불편 했습니다.
숙박비 이외에 내야 하는 청소비가 매우 비쌉니다.
