The location was great. The beds were very comfortable.

Negative:
The unit was tiny for 3 people. Once the sofa bed was opened, we could barely shimmy around it. And we are not large people. I can't image a 6'3" 250 lb person being able to get into the bathroom, let alone the shower. Cramped is putting it mildly!

Small but it’s in a prime location in Paris so for the money, well worth it. We fit a family of four in without problem.

Очень чистая квартира с кухней и всей кухонной утварью. Прекрасные мягкие полотенца и жесткий матрас,на котором спишь,как младенец.

Мало места. И шумоизоляция никудышняя. У нас была смежная с соседним номером комната. Соседские дети все время эту дверь дергали,а потом не закрыли свою. Было ощущение,что соседи с нами в одном номере. Мы слышали их сморкание и разговоры.

Das Apartment war einfach fabelhaft! Die Lage war top, alles war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren unheimlich hilfsbereit. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons payé un surplus de 50 euros pour arrivés deux heure à l’avance. Et une fois devant la porte le code ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons nous rendre dans un autre immeuble de la rue pour avoir de l’assistance.

Clean, and had everything you would need for a family break. Was like being at home, but with Paris just meters away

It's not a 5 star facility (3 star max.) Loud construction works during my stay inside of the hotel. I've paid for the late check out (14:00) yet my access code was canceled at 11:00 and the cleaning staff started cleaning my room at ~12:00!

Well-located, clean, modern apartment. Easy checkin, friendly staff. Ideal for one night for our family of 6.

Location was excellent and close to some good restaurants as well as a quick walk to the nearest metro station. Plenty of markets around and food options.

Negative:
The studio was a little tight for three people so maybe it should only be listed as a two person stay rather than for 3 as it is my opinion that it would be perfect for a couple.

Positive:
We loved the location very walkable to every where. There are 3 layers of security to get into the apartment so we felt very safe and it does has an elevator. The apartment is super cleaned & have everything we needed. We requested some supplies & was delivered immediately. Over all I would stay here again.

Negative:
Please upgrade wifi every time we leave the apt coming back we have to reconnect & it's a little slow.

החדר נקי, נראה כי הכל חדש, המיטה נוחה, המקלחת נקייה ונוחה, חומרי רחצה מעולים, יש סופר מעבר לכביש, מקרר גדול בחדר

המרפסת המובטחת אינה באמת מרפסת אלא חלון גדול. שומעים רעש כל הזמן, הן בחוץ כשעוברות המכוניות, אמבולנסים וכו׳ והן מהמסיבות והשכנים בחדרים הסמוכים (ממש כל אפצ׳י). בכל השהות של 5 לילות לא באו לנקות, לא פינו זבל, לא החליפו מגבות. הטלויזיה תלויה על הקיר הצדדי, כך שכאשר שוכבים במיטה לא רואים כלום. המיקום בסדר ולא מעבר לזה.

Great apartment hotel with friendly staff - 24-hour reception, an amazing location in the center, very comfortable beds and pillows, fully equipped kitchen. Nice balcony.
We will come back again next time we are in Paris 🙏
