Lokacija nuostabi, pėstute gali nueit visur- ,jauku, geros lovos, puiki patalynė, gera virtuvė, ir dušas. Geras būsto dydis

Negative:
Nešvarūs terasos baldai, kelios kapsulės negeriamos kavos, nebuvo druskos, pipirų, galėtų būt nors minimalus kiekis, tik dvi indaplovės tabletės… aišku smulkmenos , bet būtų tobula vieta. Prie stalo esančio minštasuolio paviršiuje mėtėsi nukirptas nagas…Nėra vienkartinių šlepečių, nėra dantų šepetukų , .. Atvykau švęsti jubiliejinio gimtadienio-kambaryje tikėjausi rasti vyno , deja….. Atvykus registratūroje net vandens nepasiūlo, atrodo kad dirba studentai, kurie labiau susidomėję savo reikalais,…Atsiskaitymas - tik telefonu , nepatogu

Perfect location, easy to reach many touristic places by walking, enough breakfast type, quite and safe neighborhood .

Negative:
Just maybe the garbage pick up should be a complementary servlce done daily.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
Burası otel değil adeta hostel. Odaya ulaşmak için iki bina arasındaki kafe gibi bir yerden geçmek zorundasınız ve sürekli yemek ile sigara kokusu var. Resepsiyon hizmeti çok kötü ve ilgisiz. Tek iyi yanı konumu ama bu deneyimi asla kurtarmıyor. Bu kadar yüksek puanı nasıl almış anlamak mümkün değil. Bizim için tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı.

Hyvä sijainti, mukavat sängyt ja vuodevaatteet. Kaikin puolin oikein hyvä!

Negative:
Jos on herkkä uninen, metron ääni kuuluu huoneistoon. Samoin alapuolella olevat ravintolat kuuluvat hyvin. Ilmastointia ei voinut säätää talviasetusten vuoksi.

Positive:
Excellent location (The best location you can have in Paris), Very modern and clean. Small Gym + laundry room available 24/7. Next to the building there is a supermarket open until 11pm (very convenient). Everything is at walking distance

Negative:
One bed apartment was quite small for a family of 4- Convertible sofa in the living room is quite small and can be used only by 1 person as a bed (The initial plan was to have our 2 kids sharing it)

Positive:
Muito bem localizada.
Metrô, restaurante, lojas, mercados e padarias muito próximos.

Negative:
Falta espelho para as mulheres. Só tem um pequeno espelho no banheiro.
Um pouco de barulho na rua, devido os restaurantes e bares em frente, ficarem abertos até mais tarde. Só encomoda quem tem sono leve

No wardrobe for clothes. Horrible service from staff. Don't pay for early check in.

No staff , no receptionist after certain hours, no drinking water sold, no cleaning or housekeeping

Positive:
Excellent location, close to Opera Garnier, shops, restaurants, RER A, metro lines. Apartment is clean, well designed, and modern.

Negative:
Very strict with check-in and check-out time, unless you’re willing to pay a surcharge. Would be nice if there’s a bit of flexibility if unit is available and ready to check-in. Something small like this gesture can go a long way.

emplacement ( à proximité de tout rue des Marthyrs , des grands magasins, métro ...)
taille de l appartement ( ce qui est rare a Paris) , luminosité , confort de la literie ( y compris sofa) équipement de la cuisine ( il y a vraiment tout!) , rangements, fer à repasser, table à repasser ...

Negative:
peut être mettre plus de capsules de café à disposition ( évidemment on peut en acheter ) pour un séjour avec 3 personnes
exiguïté de la sdb
prix plus élevé en direct que sur booking!

Positive:
Отличное расположение. В пешей доступности метро, все достопримечательности Парижа, магазины. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин, кафе и еда на вынос. Апартаменты не большие, но для двух человек отлично. Отдельно санузел от ванной комнаты. На кухне есть вся техника. В отеле имеется бесплатная прачечная. В номере есть хороший балкон с мебелью.

Negative:
Один недостаток окна выходят во внутренний двор и я не понимала есть ли на улице солнце или нет.

Positive:
De ligging was super, erg centraal in één van de leukste wijken in Parijs.

Negative:
Het erg smalle bed, niet gemaakt voor 2 personen met een ‘normaal’ postuur. De verwarming / airco die niet goed werkte. Veel te warm op de kamer en met de deuren open erg veel lawaai van de straat.

Centralità comoda davanti al supermercato e farmacie e metro vicinissima

Positive:
It’s a lovely apartment. For 2 people it’s enough space. It’s amazing location. Everything is so close to the property. We have a great time to stay there. We would like to comeback again.
