La stanza è troppo piccola per tre persone! Non ci si muove!. Al terzo giorno ci è stato detto dove potevamo andare a fare colazione: questa informazione è stata davvero tardiva. Inoltre ci sono stati forniti codici sbagliati per il deposito bagagli l'ultimo giorno. Molta superficialità nel gestire la situazione da parte della struttura

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour. L'arrivée s'est très bien passée et le check in s'est fait de manière fluide. Nous avons pu stocker nos bagages toute la journée. L'appartement était trés beau et correspondait aux photos. Petit déjeuner charmant au rez de chaussée avec Barista trés sympathique. Adresse à retenir !

Puisqu'il faut dire quelque chose, je dirai que dans la chambre, les éclairages individuels de chaque côté du lit ne sont pas autonomes, difficile pour lire le soir quand l'autre dort. Mais c'est un détail :)

It was super clean, lovely design, very nice decoration. Quality wise, perfect! Very safe building! A comfortable bed, soft bedsheets, great balcony! We stayed there for a week and we absolutely loved it!

Bed was very good. Breakfast quality 10/10 but variety 5/10. The apartment is nice, well equipped, value for money is very good. Quiet. I would stay again :)

A bit of stuffed smell inside the building because it is old. Opening the window the fresh air had a bit of smell again - not a huge deal or deal breaker though.

Given the property’s prime location and price point, I believe the breakfast experience could be elevated to better match expectations. As the hotel features a restaurant, it would be a wonderful touch to offer guests the option to order freshly cooked eggs in the morning — whether an omelette or sunny side up. Having a cook dedicated to that simple addition would make a significant difference and truly enhance the overall guest experience.

Non mi è piciuto il check in on line obbligatorio, senza il quale non sarei potuta entrare in hotel: sono, infatti, arrivata di venerdì alle 19,30 e non c'era nessuno alla reception. Sul sito del residence non c'è un numero da poter chiamare e l'assistenza via WhatsApp è un numero degli Stati Uniti. Inoltre, ho prenotato per 4 persone ma ho trovato asciugamani solo per 2 persone, ed è stato molto difficile farsi portare altri asciugamani perché nessuno ha creduto che ne avessi ricevuto solo 2.
Il bagno ha un wc scomodo perché fatto per persone diversamente abili, il che è encomiabile, ma noi eravamo con due bambine di 4 anni che avevano difficoltà a sedercisi. Il divano letto dove avrebbero dormito 2 persone era chiuso, senza nessuna istruzione su come aprirlo. Sul divano c'erano macchie bianche che ho documentato.
La signora che ha proceduto al check out è stata molto scortese: domenica mattina 1 mrzo 2026 siamo stati trattati da questa signora con sufficienza e le nostre domande sembravano disturbarla. Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto informazioni contraddittorie sul codice di recupero bagagli. Davvero sgradevole.
Esperienza davvero triste considerando il prezzo pagato.

Very good hotel! The rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful — they assisted us quickly whenever we needed anything. I especially liked having a kitchen in the room, which made it easy to prepare snacks. The design is beautiful, and you can see that every detail was thoughtfully planned. The location is perfect: major landmarks are within walking distance, and the metro is nearby. We’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

La reception non è sempre in loco, quindi i problemi non si risolvono subito: lavastoviglie non funzionava, la terza sedia è arrivata dopo due giorni.
