Positive:
Very spacious rooms! With an air conditioner! The apartment had a living room and a bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped: with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the dishes. There was a washing machine in the bathroom. It was supposed to be also a dryer, but I couldn't manage it, so I took it to the other building (Opera - the more renovated one) to dry it. The staff is also there in case of need, and they are very helpful.
I was afraid I wouldn't be able to manage the codes, but it was convenient in the end. The building is old, but it only added to the Parisian charm, we felt like we were at home in Paris. A breakfast is simple, but for me it was enough. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The furniture is new and beautiful. The location is excellent, close to the Opera and transportation to all parts of Paris. We also walked to the Tuileries Gardens in about 15 minutes. If we come to Paris - we will take the hotel again!
Negative:
Basically there was nothing special, but for those who are bothered by the old creaky wooden floor. Maybe a full-size mirror could be added. We loved the place, so there's nothing to complain about!
