Tutto. Casa molto pulita con tutto il necessario. ottima la posizione. Nei dintorni c'è di tutto, negozi, bar, ristoranti, metro ecc. Ottimo riscaldamento. Letto comodissimo. bagno molto ben curato.

Disappointed from way of communicating final price on booking.com. Not clear communication, despite all steps during booking process says “include all taxes and charges”, final step will add city tax as extra charge. Would be great to improve this.

The reception staff were very friendly in the next door hotel (note the apartment isn't in the hotel complex).

The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Bedroom was large. Lounge bright and airy.

Location was excellent and close to train stations, restaurants etc

Negative:
Despite paying for a deluxe superior room, the apartment looked into a very dreary courtyard. If you are coming to Paris for a romantic, once in a life time holiday, maybe consider this.

The lift was broken on the day we arrived - four flights of stairs with luggage not so great. Although they fixed it, the lift was broken on my day of departure.

If there in warmer months you could not have the windows open as all the air con units face into the courtyard. We made the mistake of leaving ours open one night and was woken up by what sounded like a wind turbine but it was the air con.

Also as the apartment complex is mixed with residential so you get neighbours putting their bottles and rubbish out in the night, smashing and bashing and having arguments at 1am. Not good if you are there for work.

We needed to extend the stay by one day for work and was quoted a price that was DOUBLE the rate we were paying and double the rate on booking.com. They were price gauging on the basis it was difficult for us to move. We objected on principle and moved anyway.

For the money I would choose somewhere else next time.

Choose this place for the location. Use the free wifi. Use the provided laundry services. Nice to have the automated checkin to the room and the front door. Heating was ok.

Negative:
Room was not in a good condition (plaster wall pierced through). The smart TV was hit and miss (it would simply refuse to work). Bath sink was draining very slowly.
Texted the hotel with the damages and got zero reply.
From the first contact the hotel would try to sell you a 30 euro insurance or put a 300 euro hold on the card for extra cleaning.

・タオルかけ暖房があってタオルか温かいのでかかもちが良い

在巴黎度过了美好的7天。
公寓的地址非常优越，距离歌剧院很近，旁边有多条地铁路线，出行很便利。
旁边就是家乐福超市，买东西很方便。
公寓的设施很全。

Family stay there is air condition for the room but the toilet heater was not working

The location is good but the management of the buildings was not good and the noise from construction inside the building starts from early morning the entrance of the building was old and narrow
