The location was good. The apartment itself was nice. The bedsheets and the beds were very comfortable.. The stuff was kind when we were able to see them or talk to them, but they were not always available to be found.

Negative:
There was no construction when we came in. Apparently the construction had started a month ago and we were not informed about this. You can see the photos attached. What you see is the entrance of the hotel there is no reception just the welcome desk that’s in between the construction. There was no locker room to leave our luggage that could be locked.. after a lot of conversation, we commenced the hotel stuff to put our luggage in our room that was being cleaned.
This is actually not a hotel . I think this is more an Airbnb type apartment housing. There is no security, no stuff available 24/7. And the hotel is definitely not worth the expensive price that we paid. There are definitely much better options in paris for the same price.  we would never stay here again.
Due to the disturbance, we had they gave us a free late check out of three hours, which was nice, but this was the only compensation we got for the unexpected construction in the building

Everything was great! Location close to everything restaurants, carrefour 1 minute walk away, stores just everything is close by. Spacious, security with extra codes.

Negative:
Was not matching the pictures shown in booking.
The net was either very slow or not working in the bedroom. However, both of these were not a concern for us at all. We will still gladly come back again.

The apartments are finished to a relatively high quality. And the price per sqm is great for paris. Location is also a big plus

If the property wants business people to stay then they should provide a proper ironing board

The location is very good. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out. The room was clean and cute.

Negative:
The ground floor was under renovation when we got there. We were not aware of this and it was a bit confusing to get in. It would have been nice to have somewhere else to sit besides the room. Even though we were there in person we had to fill out everything on a link in an email, which was a bit cumbersome. I emailed the day before to ask about early check in and got no answer. When we asked when we were there, they checked to see if the room was ready. When they found that it was ready, they asked us to pay 51 euros to get into the room early. It was about 2pm and the normal check in is 4. The lighting in the room was good but there were only two settings. There was no way to keep one small lamp on, or control any lights individually. There was no fan in the bathroom but this seems to be common in Paris.

3 kişilik olarak tuttuğumuz odada yatak açılınca valizleri koyacak ve hareket edecek yer kalmıyor. Banyoda yüz yıkamak için lavabo o kadar küçük ki kullanımı inanılmaz zor. Ancak iki kişi için olabilecek bir odayı 3 kişilik olarak zorlayarak planlamışlar. Bize verilen oda resimde kocaman görünüyordu ama asla öyle değil. Camın açıldığı alanda yan restoranın havalandırması olduğu için tüm yemek kokusu içeride😔

Achei que estava reservando um hotel 4 estrelas e na verdade era um residence . Residence não deveria aparecer em pesquisa de hotel principalmente com 4 estrelas… tb não é 4 estrelas de qualquer forma porque não tem restaurante, não tem academia , não tem serviço … mal tem atendimento … não tem telefone no quarto para falar com uma recepção, não tem limpeza durante a estadia.
As instalações são mto novas mas com mtas partes inacabadas em obra ainda. Tem preço de hotel e não é .

My experience at the apartment was exceptional in every regard. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall professionalism and attention to detail. The apartment itself was generously spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The cleanliness was of the highest standard, with every corner of the apartment meticulously maintained, creating an environment of utmost comfort and hygiene.

The service provided by the staff was equally impressive. While all the team members were courteous and attentive, I would like to particularly highlight Hassiba at the front desk. Her professionalism and warmth stood out significantly. She welcomed me with a genuine smile, was highly responsive to my inquiries, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Her approach made me feel not only valued but also confident in my choice to stay at this property.

Without a doubt, this has been one of the most enjoyable and seamless stays I have had, and I look forward to returning in the future, thanks to the exceptional service and the professional touch provided by Hassiba.

A experiência deixou a desejar em vários aspectos. O quarto era extremamente pequeno, mal acomodando duas pessoas e completamente inadequado para três, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto. Além disso, não há autonomia para controlar o ar-condicionado, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais desconfortável.

O processo de check-in foi muito confuso e marcado pela falta de transparência. No momento da reserva, não foi informado que seria necessário assinar um contrato com diversas cláusulas e fornecer os dados do cartão de crédito para pagamento de taxas adicionais.

Durante a hospedagem, relatei um problema com o exaustor do banheiro, mas a manutenção não foi feita imediatamente. Como resultado, o equipamento acabou quebrando de vez e ficou ligado, gerando um barulho insuportável. Felizmente, a funcionária da recepção demonstrou muita boa vontade e, com bastante esforço, conseguiu resolver a situação.

Outro ponto negativo foi a infraestrutura compartilhada. Há apenas duas lavadoras e duas secadoras disponíveis para todos os apartamentos, o que significa que você pode passar horas esperando para utilizá-las.

Embora a dedicação da funcionária da recepção tenha sido um ponto positivo, a experiência no geral ficou aquém das expectativas.
