Supplied our own breakfast from great produce available a short walk from hotel. Pod coffee machine in room was great. Location is excellent. Good laundry facilities downstairs. Good quality glassware and crockery. Close to St George Metro.

Die Fenster in der Dusche konnten nicht blickdicht gemacht werden.

Positive:
Great place for 3 friends, the room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and a good size - easy to store away during the day and get back out at night time. Perfect location for us, with lovely places to eat close by too!

Eigentlich ist alles vorhanden. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Wir waren 3 Freundinnen, wollten aber getrennt schlafen. Deshalb buchten wir 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch. Letzteres konnten wir nicht nutzen, da die Betten mit einem Bettlaken und auch nur einer Zudecke ausgestattet waren. An der Rezeption war nur zur Anreise jemand erreichbar, dann wurde erst am letzten Tag jemand wieder gesehen. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Appartement mit Balkon gebucht, dieser war nicht vorhanden. Die Gläser im Schrank mussten, obwohl ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist, erst gereinigt werden. Schlafen mit offenen Fenster ist kaum möglich. Die angrenzenden Restaurants haben bis 2 Uhr geöffnet, die Lautstärke des Straßenverkehrs und die tägliche Müllabfuhr ab 7 Uhr lassen kein Auge zu. Das Wasser im Waschbecken floss nicht ab.

Location was noisy, apartment much smaller than the photos suggested. Air con useless, bathroom comically small. Fridge smelt bad and there were crisps in the sofa. Not worth £1200 for 4 nights.

Staff replied within 24 hours, but details were often not adequate and required follow up.

Negative:
Very difficult to get the heat and appliances to work properly without additional information like meaning of symbols. There was a large pile of cardboard and garbage in the center courtyard the entire visit! Info that was provided (like WiFi network name) was not correct in Passport directory and should be corrected.

When we finally got the room we paid for , it was excellent. The apartment is newly renovated and is fabulous. Very spacious for Paris. The lift was convenient.

Negative:
Service. When we arrived they gave us an "upgrade" to a two bedroom apartment. This was not an upgrade, the apartment had no view, no balcony , the windows were up high and small, It was dark and we didn't need or want 2 bedrooms. When we complained we were finally told the truth which was that our apartment was not available. After insisting [which was unpleasant] we were given the correct room on day 2. On the website every room has the same fabulous pictures which is of the best room [which we had paid for]. So this is misleading. Staff at "reception" were young and inexperienced and unable to assist us. The bathroom drain smelt of sewerage so the plumbing needs fixing.

It was fantastic! The balcony views were the best part of the apartment. I loved the attention to detail, such as the Occitane shower products and the beautiful decor and finishes.
The location was incredible. It was right next to the metro station, close to a grocery store, and very central, all in a great neighborhood.

Negative:
We really wished the apartment had cold air conditioning. We like to close the windows at night to reduce noise and get a good night's sleep. Since it's winter, the building's air conditioning was set to heat, so we couldn't use it and had to keep the windows open. The temperature was great when we did that, but we had to deal with a bit of noise, such as the occasional police car and garbage truck. If you're not bothered by these noises, then it's not a big issue.i

I’ve been to Paris 15 times and this has been my favorite place to stay so far! The staff was extremely friendly, the room was very clean and well stocked. I loved that it had A/C! Easy to find, and the location was great! We will definitely be back!!
