Positive:
Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Der Standort war sehr günstig.

Negative:
Die Extraversicherung für die Einrichtung. Ich kann durchaus verstehen, dass der Besitzer Angst um seine neu renovierten Gegenstände hat. Ich finde es dennoch beängstigend, dass man eigentlich aus Angst genötigt wird eine Versicherung abzuschließen. Für mich ist es zum einen völlig normal zu melden, falls etwas kaputt geht. Zum anderen würde das auch von Seiten des Besitzers voraussetzen, dass man bei jedem einzelnen Gast durch das Zimmer geht und alles genau aufschreibt, was kaputt ist. Ich glaube, dass ist nicht möglich und fällt daher immer zu Ungunsten des Mieters aus. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung.

Positive:
The location, close to the Opera and many stores and restaurants but on a quiet street was very good, so was the facilities, that was branc new with a very nice shower and bed and quite spacious for Paris. It was also appreciated the early check-in.

Negative:
Please be aware that daily hotel services, such as towel changes, room cleaning, and bed-making, are not included by default and come at an additional charge.

Positive:
Schoon, nieuw, fijne bedden, alles klopt.

Negative:
Het was een heel gedoe de parkeergarage die ons werd aangeraden weer uit te komen. We hadden een mail moeten ontvangen met een code maar die hebben we niet gekregen. Dit heeft echter niets met de accommodatie te maken.

Positive:
Location was great and safe. Room was great, we really enjoyed it with our 5 year old kid. Super comfy, even duvet and towels were great!
Helpful and kind staff. It was a very joyful stay!

Negative:
There were ne slippers, so I brought them from home, it is not a problem just to inform other guests.

Positive:
Good location in the city center
Clean room, equipments look new
Comfy bedding, pillows, and towels
The reception staffs are nice, they help you with your issues

Negative:
The room's smaller than what it looks like in the picture + the pictures are composed of many different rooms so you don't know which one you'll get
No washing machine in the room even though the description says that there's one in the room (we could use the washing machines in the reception area but it's in a separate building so it was a bit of a hassle to do laundry)
Phone call doesn't work, you need to go to the reception
The shower door leaks
Footstep noises from the floor above, weird beeping noises (a bit like construction/drilling noise?) at night
No cutting board
We had weak and unstable and wifi, at one point we completely lost access to the wifi and asked the reception about it. They sent someone to get it fixed which was good but we weren't informed of this visit so we were surprised when we came back and saw someone in the room. He changed the tv to fix this but he put the tv on top of our clothes and on the bed so I wished they'd informed about this visit to us so we were prepared :(

l'appartamento ben organizzato , abbastanza grande , biancheria di qualità , la posizione e super vicino al metro , ci sono tanti localini per mangiare , c'è tutto ! tornerei volentieri !

Negative:
il bagno dove stava il gabinetto , era veramente minuscolo. forse in Francia si usa così !😀

Positive:
Хорошее местоположение, чисто, отличное расположение комнат (между ними кухня). Удобный раскладной диван для детей, они сами могли легко с ним справиться. Наличие бумажных полотенец в кухне. Также считаю плюсом и то, что хотя аппартаменты находятся в центре Парижа, окна выходят во двор и от этого достаточно тихо и уютно.

Negative:
Как предложение, а не как критика - хотелось бы, чтобы хоть 1 таблетка (средство) для стирки было бы в наличие и замок в ванную комнату лучше бы починить.

Positive:
Beautiful apartment in a great location, very comfortable beds, easy access and good communication with hosts.

Negative:
Rooms are not sound-proof, early morning garbage and delivery trucks woke us up. It would also be nice to find a bottle of water upon arrival.

Positive:
The location is super convenient. The apartment is bright, clean and equipped with tea, coffee and all the necessities.

Negative:
The stairs even though not too high...just inconvenient for suitcases.

Positive:
The location was good in terms of being near multiple key metro stops. Monoprix (grocery store) across the street is convenient, along with coffee shops and such. The shower is fantastic, I will say that much.

Negative:
Part of it is my fault for lack of research: Blvd de Sebastapol is extremely busy and loud and not that classic beautiful Paris vibe you get in other parts of town. So be aware of that. We ended up sleeping in the 2nd smaller bedroom because it was off the street.
But plenty wrong with the place itself:
1. A worker was doing drywall when we came in at check-in time. I guess these apartments are not done. Numerous light switches were uncapped (see photo). Very amateur hour.
2. Wifi didn't really work, and is completely unsecured anyway (even though they claim it is). Amateur hour.
3. We booked a "Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartment" - I'm skeptical that's what we actually had. The photos show corner rooms on top floors. We were on 2nd floor, non-corner. Just not what I expected at all.
4. Balcony basically useless due to size and how noisy Blvd de Sebastapol is. And the doors to it do not latch very well.
5. In general just had the feel of a cheap newly built condo.

Overall, first time I got something on booking that I felt ripped off by. There were hotels in better locations at much better rates that were likely better rooms than what we got. Didn't ruin our trip or anything, we're out most of the day anyway, but felt like I wasted 1-1.5k needlessly.

Positive:
Muy buena ubicación. Era muy agradable porque estaba recién reformado.
El tamaño del apartamento de dos habitaciones era muy bueno y agradable.

Negative:
Nuestro apartamento estaba en la primera planta, y al dar a patios interiores era más oscuro de lo esperado y de lo que enseñaban en las fotos de publicidad del lugar.
No te aclarabas con los interruptores de luz, algunas veces no encendían como esperabas y no estaban estropeados.

Positive:
The entire place was stunning. The location, the view, the facilities were all perfect! When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel was not finished being built, so some things were not completed but that did not affect us in the slightest.

Positive:
Conforto e espaço da acomodação.

Negative:
A acomodação atendeu plenamente.

Apartment was nice and clean. The property also gave good instructions for check-in etc.
