Positive:
Location was ideal, close to metro and bus stops that took us into the city center. Plenty of food choices (restaurants, fast food and supermarkets all in a short walk. The lift is small but fit one adult and a stroller. We had a two bedroom apartment which was a bit tight with three adults, a toddler and a baby, but comfortable enough when the couch bed was put away. The bedrooms themselves were a comfortable size. Staff was friendly and available if needed. Short (10 minute or so) walk to the Moulin Rouge.

Negative:
The bathroom was a bit tight but I likely noticed more because I was trying to wash kids in the shower which was challenging in such a small space. There is some noise noticable from the street, but it didn't wake the baby, so it isn't as bad as some reviews led me to believe.

Positive:
Posizione ottima quartiere tranquillo e vivo., appartamento ben arredato, accogliente e luminoso. Ottimi prodotti bagno, a disposizione macchinetta del caffè con cialde.

Negative:
Gran parte degli appartamenti affaccia sulla strada, un poco rumoroso.

Потолок скошен-крыша, это очень мешало ходить, серьезно сокращает пространство комнаты.
Комнаты очень маленькие, неудобные.
Пастель имела сильный запах порошка и ополаскивателя, это было не приятно.
В туалете не выйти и не пройти, нужно увернуться, упирается в унитаз.
Очень шумно, внизу кафе и рестораны разговаривают до утра.
Не подойдет для семьи, в лучшем случае для одного-двух человек.
Кровать в спальне разъезжалась, было не удобно.

We stayed in the same apartment last year. Everything was perfect back then and that’s why we chose to come back. The location is the best thing about the apartment. It is in a central location and everything you need is a short walk away. The restaurants/ cafe’s right outside the building are all great. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Negative:
The housekeeping was truly disappointing. We paid additional fees to have the apartment cleaned daily but the housekeeping did a very bad job. They almost did nothing besides making the beds and changing towels. The walls are extremely thin so it gets loud. The 2 bedroom apartment has one bathroom , a tiny one, so it was a bit inconvenient for four people.

It was a nice property within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was reasonably priced.

The shower leaked and we had to use towels to dry the floor after every shower

Adrien was wonderful!!! Very happy we stayed with him and would most definitely book again! Very helpful and friendly!!! Great place to stay!

bonnes dimensions de l’appartement pour un séjour en famille. Pas énorme, mais bien proportionné.

check-out à 11:00 trop tôt et prolongation possible mais extrêmement élevé.

Acomodação moderna e muito limpa. O anfitrião disponibilizou água e chocolate de boas vindas. Acomodação conta com recepção em horário comercial. Além disso, encontra-se muito bem localizada, próxima à duas estações do metrô e perto de ótimos restaurantes.

Negative:
Um pouco apertada para 6 pessoas, mas nada que incomodou a estadia.

Værelset var pænt og rent. Gode køkkenfaciliteter. Badeværelset var mindre end forventet.

Beliggenheden er rigtig god med offentlig transport og restauranter tæt på. gå-afstand til Louvre og Champs Elysse.

Negative:
Det føltes lidt upersonligt når man kommer ind. Der sad én ansat ved et bord i lobbyen og tog imod. Havde forventet en “hotel-fornemmelse”.

Positive:
The amazing staff, the beautiful room, the incredible location! Absolutely amazing!

Negative:
Nothing!
