Excellent location, high standard of cleanliness and very kind and helpful stuff. We enjoyed our stay in this place..

Propreté et l'équipement excellents. Lits très confortables. Situation exceptionnelle.

Negative:
Pas de réception sur place et l’accueil non joignable par téléphone ou via booking.
La chambre affichée de 25 m2 dans al réservation était en réalité de 15 m2, une grande déception.

Das Apartment ist modern und sehr gepflegt.Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Besonders fand ich toll, dass sogar Nespressokapseln für die ersten Tage spendiert wurden! Die Lage ist top, Restaurants, Bäckerei, Metro praktisch vor der Tür! Dafür nimmt man die Geräuschkulisse gerne in Kauf. Der Zimmercode wurde zuverlässig übermittelt und war sehr praktisch!

Negative:
Für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche hätte ich gerne mehr Wäsche (vorallem Handtücher).

Positive:

Rest room too far from the tent . Wifi weak signal. Little Muscitou which is understandable for the camping .

Positive:
Perfecte locatie, veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand maar ook metrostation heel dichtbij. Leuke restaurantjes en koffietentjes. Mooie vintagewinkeltjes in de straat. Appartement was brandschoon! (Frans) balkon met vanuit een slaapkamer zicht op de straat. Heerlijke douche! Kortom fijne appartement en ik kom zeker terug! Inchecken makkelijk met code.

Negative:
Niets! Als er iets is, is het te bespreken met accommodatie personeel die altijd bereikbaar zijn.

Positive:
Great location, near Paris center and Opera, very convenient next to a large parking garage. The place is redone and brand new. It is well decorated and furnished.

Negative:
The smoke detector went off in the middle of night. The price is high. It felt a little small considering the price. It is on the last floor and while there is an elevator, it would not accommodate all of us so few of us had to take the stairs.

הפקיד בקבלה היה אדיב מאוד ודאג לנו לשים את המזוודות בחדרים כשהיו מוכנים, הדירות נקיות ומגומרות נהדר, מיקום מעולה

היו נמלים בחדר והייתה סתימה במקלחת שלא אפשרה לנו להתקלח יותר מחמש דק׳ באופן רציף. פניתי בעניין לפקיד אך לא היה טיפול בבעיה ודלתות שלא אטומות לרעשים.

Positive:
The apartments are modern, clean and comfortable. The location was also great near many nice restaurants and fun neighborhoods. We really enjoyed our stay and it was especially nice because of the air conditioning after a long hot day. Upon check out, it was also nice because there was a room for baggage and we could leave our things to enjoy our day before leaving Paris.

Negative:
There wasn't anything to not like. We didn't get all the information to access our apartment in time even though we had submitted the information they asked for, but it was all resolved pretty quickly anyways so it was no big deal.

Positive:
The location was perfect for our family. It is a quiet neighborhood street with cafes and restaurants nearby. Although we used the door code to enter on arrival, the manager was there to greet us. We had a clogged drain in the shower the first day, and the manager addressed it immediately and it was fixed before we returned to the apartment that day.

Negative:
Nothing!

Positive:
The check in was pretty straight forward despite having made the reservation on the same day. Tenants were all very respectful and quiet throughout stay. Instructions were clear and very detailed, there were 4 restaurants just down stairs and two small supermarkets within walking distance. Between two Bus stops and metro station (St Georges and Pigalle) Within walking (full 10mins) distance of Funiculaire Montmartre abeit slight upward slope, overall was thankfully pretty safe than expected. The room is very clean.

Negative:
Had to sign a guarantee agreement with a very long list of items amounts to pay if broken. I was afraid to touch anything! The coffee maker, toaster and hot pot a bit worn so I didn't use it. The attendee addressed our request for towels right away and informed me I could call anytime, but I do prefer to speaking face to face. The area I saw some adults wondering around than any other places around Paris although most won't bother you. In the summer it stays bright till 9pm but I would be reluctant to go out gets dark earlier in the winter. Its not entirely flat area so not recommend if on a walker or mobility issues. With family I remain very vigilent.

The bathroom and the noise from upstairs (stomping and moving chairs) kept my poor children sleepless

The rules and penalty was already a turned off, it’s like a threat but when we got in one of the bed has wet dirty marks on it that can potentially stain. The bedroom floor had burns which got us paranoid that they might blame on us.

Positive:
Centrale ligging. Heerlijke douche. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Negative:
Terrassen op straat rumoerig tot diep in de nacht.

Hele kleine lift en krappe badkamer.

Positive:
The property was clean, neat and was easy to access. It is in their city center and easy access to most places. Restaurant, bar, supermarket all around the property.

Negative:
There was no pressing iron, even though there was a small ironing board.

The AC gets so cold, it was great

Too much lights in the rooms. Way to bright…..walls and ceiling not insulated well enough, can hear everything above and next door

Positive:
Prachtige accommodatie stijlvol modern in een oud pand. Heerlijk rustige omgeving met Mon Martre op loopafstand en meerdere winkeltjes, bakker, cafés en restaurantjes. Veel locale.
Rustige wijk even weg van massa tourisme en toch goed centraal en met metrokaartje is alles binnen een kwartier bereikbaar.

Negative:
Geen personeel. Al ging toegang met codes prima
