atrasou uma hora o horário do check in porque o apartamento não estava pronto , e pelo preço deveria ter limpeza pelo menos a cada 2 dias , mas isso não chegou a ser um problema

Positive:
Very clean and great location. Attentive staff. Nice small gym. Quite for the most part.

Negative:
Some guests put loud music in the evening and were chatting loud. I would appreciate the staff to tell all customers to be quite after 10pm.

la posizione è eccellente, Pigalle è un quartiere molto vivo e vicino all’appartamento c’è tutto. il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto disponibile e lo ringrazio

Negative:
la pulizia è molto carente, l’appuntamento non viene ripulito durante il soggiorno e se volessi farlo ripulire costerebbe un polmone. il tappeto in cucina era inguardabile troppo che era sporco.

Positive:
The building is well located. Few minutes walk from Le Galerie Lafayette/ Opera and close to a metro station (Line 12). The apartment is fully equipped with a functional kitchen. Really useful the luggage room.

Positive:
De netheid en de inrichting van het appartement waren top! Het appartement is ruim en licht, alle kamers met balkon. De aankleding en het meubilair zijn quasi nieuw. Groot LCD-scherm. De extra services in het gebouw zijn een bonus.

Negative:
Keukengeriefuitrusting is beperkt, maar proper en modern; enkele goedsnijdende keukenmessen, opscheplepels en kommen, onderzetters en eierdopjes zouden nog goed van pas komen. De microgolf combi-oven zit wat hoog om gerechten in te plaatsen, maar alles lukte; wij vonden geen afwastabletten om de afwasmachine te doen draaien :( Vloeibaar afwasmiddel was er wel :)

Localização, com duas estações de metro muito próximas. Decoração e equipamentos do apartamento, conforto das camas (até do sofá cama), limpeza do apartamento e da área de receção. O dono, excecional de simpatia, prestável ao ponto de se deslocar debaixo de chuva ao restaurante onde a minha mãe tinha esquecido os óculos, recuperando-os (distava uns 15 minutos de trotinete do apartamento!)

Negative:
Demasiado pequeno para 3 pessoas. Muito apertado mesmo. Não devia ser alugado para mais do que duas pessoas!

Nobody to check in. No luggage storage during the weekend (and we only stayed the weekend), which meant we had to find another location to store our luggage, as we were in transit, which was a real pain. If I had none there was not storage Room for our extra luggage during this transit in Paris, I would have not booked this hotel. There was no assistant, no reception, no support.

Perfect location for our needs. The apartment however left a bit to be desired. We were happy to have a well equipped kitchen, although everything felt miniature. Great to have an elevator.

Negative:
Despite being quite new, upon checking in we discovered a bedside table that was falling apart and a bathroom lock which was broken. the lock was promptly fixed, but the furniture was left as is.

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment, which is quite small ( for 3 adults and a toddler). Barely space to move around or store luggage. But this is the size of accommodations in Paris… I guess for the price we paid in shoulder season we were hoping for a bit more.

Отличные апартаменты, расположены очень удобно в хорошем районе, рядом метро, магазины, кафе. Персонал вежливый, помогли с трансфером из аэропорта, водитель встретил с табличкой. Апартаменты не большие, но хорошо оснащены и для семьи из 3-х человек вполне комфортные. Есть лифт, вход по коду, в принципе все очень понравилось.

Super Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar.
Kommunikation mit host freundlich und schnell.
Ausstattung hochwertig, alles was man braucht, nur Töpfe (waren nicht induktionensgeeignet)müssten getauscht werden!

Negative:
Nur ein kleines Manko, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut leider hat jemand normale Töpfe statt Induktionsgeeignete Töpfe gekauft, somit war die Zubereitung/ aufwärmen von Speisen nicht möglich.
Türklinken sollten nach jedem Bezug gereinigt/desinfiziert werden (gerade in Zeiten von Corona), waren schmutzig.
