The bed wasnt clean - random strands of hair everywhere. The iron was broken. The hobs were dysfunctional and not working properly.

2 toilet rolls weds given you have to purchase the rest yourself. The cutlery was extremely worn out.

The worse thing about this apartment is the beds! A 1 star bnb will give you better quality beds than this place! The mattresses had dips in them which resulted in an awful backache for me.

For the price you are paying I would highly suggest looking elsewhere and not this place. Paris is a beautiful city but an apartment like this will ruin your stay.

Positive:
-It was clean the first time we arrive
-nice room, design-wise
-location was very good overall, close to many bars, metro, etc..

Negative:
-Sofa at Living Room was really bad - hurting my back, we couldn't seat over it for more than one day.
-Price was very high and not even replacing the toilet paper in the bathroom, no cleaning at any time.
-Cleaning was extra - price was very high 50+ euro per one cleaning & only when informing 3 days before!!!
-No one at the reception for contact and questions
-Hard to communicate with - no number to call at all.
-The bed was actually two small beds split up to 2, as a couple it was really annoying.

+ unglaublich tolle Lage in einem lebhaften, sympathische Viertel - keine Sorge, Fenster sind top, man hört nichts!
+ mehrere phantastische Bäckereien und Restaurants sind in einem Radius von 400m zu erreichen!
+ Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles war da! Wir haben im Apartment gefrühstückt - man fühlt sich zu Hause.
+ Betten waren sehr bequem, kuschlige Kissen und Decken, genug Handtücher - auch nochmal extra-Handtücher im Schrank

Negative:
+ leider hat bei uns die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Parkhaus nicht geklappt, es war dann auch (Freitag Abend!) ausgebucht, als wir ankamen, über Parclick haben wir dann zu einem Top Preis spontan das nächst gelegen Parkhaus gebucht - war total unkompliziert, preislich wirklich mehr als okay, große Parkplätze und in Laufnähe (5 min) - zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man sehr gut vor dem Hotel parken!
+Spülmaschine war defekt, haben wir erst am letzten Tag bemerkt... Kontaktaufnahme war reibungslos
+ alle Zimmer dürften ein bisschen größer sein

Iets te kleine kamer voor met een gezin, maar dat gebeurd als alles al volgeboekt is, en dat is ook een gunstig gegeven vwb populaire accommodatie 🙂

la ubicación excepcional cerca de Montmartre, hermoso barrio. muy cómoda la cama, la cocina súper completa y el living hermoso. excelente limpieza

good location, close to metro stations and good restaurants and cafes.

large refrigerator. great kitchenette. have AC and the apartment is well located. we were very comfortable. the closets have lights that comes on when the doors are opened. it was a bonus to have the balcony, too.

La posizione e' ottima, in zona Pigalle. Il palazzo e' stato rinnovato recentemente e le camere e arredamenti sono nuovi. Abbiamo soggiornato nello studio che e' in effetti molto piccolo, con una forma particolare ma i mobili e la cucina sono ottimizzati per sfruttare al massimo gli spazi. Anche il bagno e' minuscolo ma non manca nulla. Per gli standard parigini un ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

Suggerisco una convenzione con il garage situato a pochi metri.
