Positive:
Ubytování blízko metra cca 5min chůze. Další na druhou stranu taky nedaleko. Kousek od dokonalé pekárny. Několik milých restauraci hned u domu v parčíku a spoustu jiných všude kolem. Vysoká kvalita použitých materiálů v domě, vše zrekonstruováno. Jednoduchý přístup pouze s kódem. Součástí byl výtah. Klidné místo.

Negative:
Výhled do dvora, miniaturní umyvadlo v rohu koupelny ve studiu pro 2-3 osoby.

Positive:
everything was super clean and new!!! the apartment was just perfect. the location was great and close to Metro station. under the hotel there was a cool piazza with great bars.

Negative:
it was very small.

trop petit pour 6!!! et ensuite nous sommes restes bloques dehors a 11h20 car le code de la porte avait change. nous avions bien vu que le check out etait demande pour 11h, mais de la a nous bloquer dehors, avec nos bagages a l interieur, c est limite comme procedure….. heureusement d autres clients nous ont ouvert.

It is very clean and pleasant place. It was easy to access the apartment. I can recommend the place.

L'accueil du responsable de l'hôtel, avenant et de très bon conseil sur les alentours.

Negative:
Équipements électroniques à revoir comme pour la Chromecast HS, et la resynchronisation du radiateur de la salle de bain (appairage radiateur et télécommande).
Pour trois personnes il faut privilégier au moins 36 M2, et non 22 m2

Kind and helpful staff; rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with high quality amenities; very clean; incredibly central location but tucked away in a quieter road with great cafes and supermarkets nearby; TV compatible with wireless screening

No washing machine in the premise (although there is a launderette nearby)

Positive:
We stayed here for 3 nights. We love it. It is modern, clean, bright and spacious. Adrien was extremely communicative, informative and did his best to provide all of our needs.

Negative:
The bathroom is a bit too small.

Super nicely furnished in a great location.
We were able to drop off our luggage earlier to enjoy the day.

Negative:
The bathroom is a bit small and the shower not quite tight (but really a tiny flaw).

Positive:
Nice and clean apartment. Very responsive staff to any inquiries or needs. Two Metro stations within 5 minutes. Restaurants right next door.

Negative:
The property is very nice for 2-3 people. We had 5 and it was a tight squeeze.
