Excellent location; nicely furnished, spacious apartment. Kitchenette is a huge plus. Beds are great. Ground floor lounge, bathroom and luggage storage are really nice features. Very helpful, responsive attendant.

Das Apartmenthaus liegt mitten in der Stadt! Man kann viele Ziele einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Die Metrostation St. Georg liegt wenige Minuten vom Apartmenthaus entfernt.

Alle Apartments sind komplett renoviert und sehr modern ausgestattet. In der Nähe findet man viele Cafés und Restaurants. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Supermarkt und 1 Minute die Straße hoch findet man eine tolle Bäckerei.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen dieses Apartmenthaus von ganzem Herzen!

Very centrally located and easy to get around. Many restaurants around and a small store to get fruits and other basic essentials.
The apartment is modern and well kept. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two kids/teenagers comfortably. All amenities are top class and everything works well.
We had Adrian on the front desk who is very helpful and kind.
If you’re sensitive about sounds then pls request an apartment higher up as the street could get quite noisy.
I would definitely stay here again 🙌

A limpeza deixava a desejar, havia um tapete no quarto imundo, deveria ter tirando foto, pra colocar um tapete sujo daquele, melhor não por nenhum, fiquei com nojo de andar sem chinelo pelo quarto.

זה חדר קטן מאובזר עם מטבח. מתאים ל2 אנשים (לא יותר). אפשר לבשל , יש מים חמים במקלחת, מעלית.

Negative:
רחוק מהמרכז, היינו 3 אנשים והיה מאוד צפוף. המקלחת/שירותים מיניאטוריים. אין שירותי ניקיון יומיים (רק בתחילת השהות ולאחר צ׳ק אאוט)

يوجد بار مشروبات بجانب العمارة ويشغل اغاني بصوت عالي حتى اوقات متأخرة من الليل

location was amazing…. many restaurants, cafes and bars right next to the apartment…. they were all good. The breakfast is really good. The staff are very helpful and they ho out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

Negative:
the rooms were small but livable… The bathroom however was very small particularly for 4 people.

Sehr sauber und alles neu, bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage, sehr freundliches Personal, durften die Koffer nach dem Check out dort lassen. Ich würde nochmal kommen. In der Nähe sind Kaffees und Restaurant. Die Bahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

Hübsches Appartement im Quartier Saint Georges. Sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Betten, ausreichend Stauraum und gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Lage mit dem kleinen Platz und mehreren Restaurants ist sehr nett. Die nächsten beiden Metro-Stationen (Saint Georges und Pigalle) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Positive:
Lage ist sehr schön. Zimmer zur Straße natürlich mitten in der Stadt laut. Wenn man gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft Oropax mitnehmen. Zimmer sehr gepflegt. Alles da was man braucht. Freundlicher Herr am Empfang.

Negative:
Bad grenzwertig klein für diese Preiskategorie.

It was nice to have an apartment with a little kitchen while traveling with two year old twins. Adrien, who is the concierge Monday - Friday, was so incredibly helpful with all of our needs. He really went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us resolve some travel issues we had.

Negative:
Small rooms are typical in Paris so I could complain about that at almost every hotel and apartment in the city. However, this place wasn’t too terribly small.

Positive:
Fantastic location, minutes from Saint George's Metro & square. Easy walk to Opera & surrounding area. Villagey feel with wide range of cafes & places to eat, sweet little tree lined square right next to apartment popular with locals , good place for a drink & people watching. Spotless comfortable apartment with everything we needed, air-conditioned lobby downstairs with seated area, baggage storage available.. Easily accessible for Gare du Nord/ Eurostar. Saint George's area lots of character, beautiful buildings & when we were there the air around the metro was scented by the honeysuckle which was growing everywhere. Boulangeries & supermarkets nearby. Note, nearby is Pigalle which has a very different vibe & whose reputation precedes it..... we favoured staying down at the Saint George's end apart from a walk up to Montmartre.

Negative:
Nothing, might have preferred a cafetiere rather than a capsule coffee machine but this is personal choice & minor.
