Clean rooms, friendly staff and they were very keen to help and follow-up with quality.

NOTHING.
The hosts were very responsive to our disappointment with our room and offered us a room in their adjoining hotel - Quartier Libre Opera - for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. We gladly paid a €300 upcharge.

Negative:
We don't know how the other apartments compare, but the STANDARD apartment we booked was awful. The instructions we received upon arrival were to take the elevator to the 5th floor and then the staircase directly in front of the elevator to the 6th floor. The 6th floor was only one room 601 and it was literally an attic made into an apartment. I am 5'3" and I could reach up and touch the living room ceiling. The online pictures are deceiving making it look like a bright and airy space with skylights when it is actually a bunch of chopped up space with sloping ceilings and uneven floors that smell like, an attic!

Positive:
This hotel had everything we needed for our stay in Paris during the spring heat, including AC, running water, laundry, and a comfortable place to rest. The staff were incredibly supportive and kind to us as well. There was even security at the front door. We would absolutely stay here again!

חוצפה לקחת סכום כזה על חדר ברמה של 2 כוכבים מקסימום. ממש רמאות!

מציגים עצמם כמלון במחיר של 5 כוכבים במחיר 500 יורו ללילה!. הייתי שם 17 יום כי הייתי חייבת לשלם מראש ללא אפשרות ביטול. הייתי בטוחה שאני באה למקום מכובד. מקבלים חדר פשוט עם מיטה זוגית קטנה, אין אפילו בקבוק מים בחדר. אין צוות אלא שומר בחדרון קטן ללא כל שרות או ניקיון. אין החלפת מגבות ומצעים. אין לובי. על כל דבר, כולל ניקיון, מבקשים עוד כסף. מזעזע.

Localização excelente; apartamento bem equipado, claro e ventilado. Atendimento atencioso.

Negative:
Peridiocidade da limpeza, muito espaçada. Tive que pedir sacos de lixo e papel higiênico (restrito a um rolo). O ralo do box estava com problemas de escoamento. As fotos do apartamento não condiziam com o que me foi fornecido (sem varanda).

Great location, the place is lovely, clean and with the enough space. I would definitely go back there on my next trip to Paris

The room size was very good, larger and more suitable than other hotels and apartment hotels in Paris.

And one of the most important things was that there was a water hose in the toilet.

ロケーションは、メトロ駅オペラとマドレーヌの真ん中で、便利。ミニスーパー、カへフーがほぼ隣にあり、滞在型として助かる。設備が近代的で高性能。シャワーのお湯もたっぷりで良い。２４時間体制で、暗証番号制で便利。

Negative:
バスタブもあるそうだが、予約出来なかった。増やして欲しい。
