no hubo forma de cambiar la cantidad de huespedes, tuve que pagar el impuesto por mas gente, porque la reserva habia tomado otro numero de huespedes. todo es por la aplicacion, nadie puede hacerte el ajuste necesario.

入住后已申请开具发票，但至今已过去十多天仍未收到任何回复。希望酒店能改进发票处理效率，并明确告知发票的提供时间。

Positive:
The room was fully equipped with everything needed, and the location was excellent. The metro and public transportation are very close, and many key places are within walking distance. There is a supermarket directly across the street where you can buy all necessities. The room was clean and well organized.

Negative:
The place we stayed was definitely not the same apartment we had prepaid for on Booking. A large portion of the photos shown on the main page belong to other apartments owned by the host and are misleading. Had we known that we would be staying in this particular apartment, we would definitely not have made the reservation. The fact that, after the purchase was completed, they sent confirmation documents including only a single photo of the room is certainly not an honest approach. Since we believe this is the most critical issue, we rated it low.

In addition, lowering the air conditioning settings had no effect. We were unable to sleep at night due to the heat. There were coffee capsules and tea provided only in the exact number of days we stayed (despite us being three people), and there was no water.

Leider habe ich bis heute keine Firmenrechnung erhalten obwohl ich die bei 2 verschiedenen Personen an der Rezeption angefragt habe, beide sagten mit ich muss nur das Online Formular ausfüllen und würde die Rechnung bekommen.
Das Formular habe ich Jetz schon 6 oder 7 mal ausgefüllt und bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mein Aufenthalt ist bald 2 Monate.
