There is no one clean the room

The area is in the heart of the Marais, with an excellent and very convenient location. Directly opposite the accommodation there is a very large supermarket, and the surrounding area offers restaurants, shops, and everything needed for daily life.
The aparthotel is beautifully designed and finished to a high standard. This is evident in the small details as well—from the kitchenware and faucets to the toiletries (by L’Occitane), the high-quality thick towels, and more.
The kitchenette in the room was compact and very convenient, including a stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher.
The staff were welcoming. Yassmine and Julia were especially lovely!
Breakfast is good by European standards: hot drinks made to order, omelets, smoked salmon, a small selection of vegetables, yogurt, cereals, jams, and of course croissants and baguette. The tea corner is open for free use.

Negative:
We booked a Standard Triple Studio, assuming that since there were only two of us, the room would be spacious. In reality, while the room was lovely, it was very cramped. It was difficult to move around the bed, which was bordered by a wall-mounted bar table with chairs on one side and an armchair on the other. It’s hard to imagine how the space works when there are actually three guests and the armchair is opened into a bed.
During check-in on the website, we were offered a free upgrade, but in practice there was no available room—unfortunately, it was disappointing that the upgrade was offered in the first place, as it raised expectations and led to disappointment.
The room faced the main boulevard, and noise from emergency vehicles at night woke us up. We did not notice double-glazed windows. I recommend requesting a rear-facing room rather than a street-facing one.
The lighting in the room is somewhat odd, as there is no option to leave only the reading lights on—it’s more of an “all or nothing” situation. This is something that could and should be improved.**

L’appartement était très propre dommage que ça ne soit pas le cas pour le reste de l’immeuble.

Negative:
Trop de codes différents pour accéder à l’appartement. La photo ne correspondait pas à l’appartement que nous avons eu. Le personnel du petit déjeuner n’était pas franchement accueillant. Aucune info sur l’organisation du petit déjeuner. On a fini par savoir qu’il serait disponible à partir de 7h30. Malheureusement à notre arrivée à 8h00 il a fallu attendre que madame finisse ses préparatifs, puis qu’elle prenne des photos pour nous autoriser à nous installer, puis qu’elle commence son omelette pour avoir enfin l’ensemble de notre petit déjeuner. Nous étions présents pour le travail, donc nous n’avions pas beaucoup de temps…

Metrô praticamente na porta. Monoprix gigante em frente. Diversos bares, cafés e restaurantes na região.
Liberdade de entrar e sair, num ambiente amigável e cortêz. Aquecimento interno e chuveiro excelentes.
Funcionários atenciosos, desde o check-in até o check-out.
Já fui a Paris outras vezes, mas esta foi a melhor acomodação que já fiquei, Foi uma agradável surpresa.
Voltaria com certeza.

Negative:
De ter que pagar tarifas extras para troca de toalhas (que só troquei uma vez por tinha aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro) e tarifas extras para house keeping (não usamos).

Excellent location at the hearth of Paris City! Walking distance to Museum Louvre, Notre Dame, Orsay etc. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel as well. Our room was well decorated, comfortable and very clean. There are all kind of kitchen equipments and dishwasher. Room size was very satisfying for a family of three. Breakfast was good enough for fresh start of the day! Staff were very helpful and kind!
