The location.

The whole thing seems nice but it is not organized at all. First of all they charge everything. You want cleaning? You need to pay approximately 45€. You need to change towels? You need to pay approximately 25€. Otherwise go wash them in the washing machine downstairs which stinks worse than public toilets. They claim to be a hotel at the end of the day. Also the stuff didn’t speak English. The only thing that the evolution of technology helped is to translate everything to them. Because it didn’t help with their “app” or something like this webpage that you control or make the requests to them. We had booked this room for three persons for a week. The apartment was for two maximum persons. No cleaning for a week -the payment was declined all the time while I was using the card without issue to all the other places-. We were requesting towels we were paying them and then the request and the payment was cancelled. I had to send them a message which usually was replied after 2 hours and then something was happening. Also the bathroom was so small that I couldn’t close the door while being inside because of the space. I cannot understand how they got 9,1 on booking.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait, bonne literie, équipements de la cuisine de la salle de bain, etc. Rien à redire. Très bon séjour.

Le seul point négatif était la télé qui était mal placé dans la chambre. La télé était peu visible du lit et fixée au mur.

L appartement attribué était le 301 sur cours était peu lumineux et plutôt sombre. Aucun tapis au sol, une table presque collée au mur, une circulation peu commode, un long couloir étroit deux personnes ne peuvent marcher côte à côte. De grosses rayures noir au sol sur le parquet rendent le visuel désagréable et non conforme au standing.

Nous avons néanmoins aperçu avant notre départ celui d en face le 302. L expérience aurait été très très différente. Lumineux tapis au sol, spacieux, un grand dressing, un beau volume plutôt très bien équipé et décoré

Mooie centrale ligging, mooie ruime kamers, kleine goed geëquipeerde keuken. Keyless entry voor je kamer. Mooie douche met zeer goede waterdruk en temperatuur.

Negative:
Het ontbijt is in een naastgelegen Italiaanse restaurant. Tenzij je dit gratis aangeboden krijgt zou ik je dit zeker niet aanraden. Het is 1 bak met koude scrambled eggs, 4-5 wijnglazen ieder gevuld met gesneden zalm, geitenkaas en salade (wat leek van de dag ervoor). We hebben hier 1 dag ontbeten en voor de rest bij de vele andere opties buiten deze optie om. Ook is er een supermarkt op 1 min loopafstand waar je ook alles kunt halen voor een 100 maal betere ontbijt.

Zeer goede ligging in het centrum, vlotte check-in met deurcode. Ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Vlot contact, zeer aangenaam ontbijt beneden in het restaurant.

Перед или при заезде, надо выполнить электронный chekin. Письмо с ссылкой на него приходит накануне или даже раньше. Выполнить надо все пункты: время заезда, подтвердить свой документ и оплатить городской налог. После этого будет доступна инструкция с кодом для входа внутрь гостиницы и он же используется для входа в аппартаменты, номер тоже приходит. Я сделал это уже по приезде, когда зашли в гостиницу, так как не было мобильного интернета - использовал wifi гостиницы, помогла девушка с рецепции. В общем, все просто оказалось. Завтраки достаточно сытные, шведский стол, амлет, вареные яйца, ветчина, салат, помидорки, рыба сырая, круасаны, соки, чай, кофе, хлеб, фруктовые конфети,... У нас был номер с кухней - всего хватило, ложки, вилки, ножи, тарелки, кружки, кастрюли, форма для выпекания. В номере были полотенца, мыло, шампунь, кондиционер, фен. Матрасы на кроватях удобные, в общем всё понравилось. В 20 минутах пешком Лувр и Нотр-Дам, 30 минут до базилики Сакре-Кер. Вокруг много разных католических храмов. Были и на оригинальном мюзикле Нотр-Дам-де-Пари в Palais des Congrès de Paris, и на балете Нотр-Дам-де-Пари в Opera Bastilie, и в других театрах - всё в шаговой доступности. До аэропорта Шарль де Голь удобно добираться на RER B от станции RER-Châtelet-les Halles, 13 евро на взрослого и 6,5 евро на ребенка + 2 евро на транспортную карточку, если не ездили на транспорте.
