Quizá apartamento para 6 personas pequeño solo con 1 baño.

نظيفة جدًا، المنطقة رائعة ومليئة بالحياة، نهر السين على بعد مسافة بالأقدام يعيبها المساحة فقط لاغير.
Too clean, great neighborhood full of life, seine river is steps away.

It’s a little bit small.

Positive:
The hotel’s location is excellent in the Opera area, close to services and the metro station. There is also a Carrefour next to the hotel, as well as small restaurants and cafés.
The interior of the building is somewhat old, but the apartment was very spacious and very clean, and it was nicer than the photos — we really liked it. Communication with the staff was through WhatsApp, and entry to the hotel is via a barcode.
We were given a free room-cleaning service once, which we appreciate, and they also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport.

and before my arrival and during my booking, I needed some inquiries and information, and they responded to us very quickly. Many thanks to them.

*ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאד,
*חדר עם מטבח - נחמד מאד למרות שהמטבח היה לא פרופורצינאלי בגודל ובציוד ביחס לחדר ולצרכים, עדיף שהמקום הזה היה מוקדש לדברים אחרים.
*חדר משופץ.
*תקשורת עם הצוות בווטסאפ ועם מהירות תגובה מצויינת! זה היה מאד נוח במלון שאין בו קבלה רגילה וכו.

Negative:
*חדר מאד צפוף למרות שלכאורה מתאים ל 3 וכתוב עליו 25 מ"ר - זה ממש לא הורגש. אנחנו זוג ו לקחנו חדר ל -3 והיה צפוף, אם 3 גרים בחדר בכלל אי אפשר לזוז כי ברגע שפותחים את הספה הכל חסום.
* לאחד הצדדים של המיטה ממש קשה להיכנס בגלל שכ"כ צפוף, בכלל כל סידור החדר והארון לא יעיל והמטבח לוקח שטח אחסון ומקום הרבה מעבר לנדרש.
*לא מנקים את החדר אף פעם - אנחנו היינו 6 לילות וגם אז לא מנקים לא מחליפים מגבות וכו - אם רוצים זה עולה כסף.
*קירות דקים כמו נייר - שמענו את הדיבורים בחדר הסמוך כאילו בתוך החדר שלנו, לנו היו שכנים מאד רעשנים וזה היה סיוט.
*ארון מאד לא נוח,
*אין מקום לשים את המזוודה שעמדה תקועה בחדר כל השבוע
*אין לובי
*הכניסה היא עם קוד, יותר מורכב ליום הראשון, אחר כך זה בסדר...
*מי שישן בחדר שפונה לרחוב הראשי סובל מרעש.

enjoyed the property.. was very well located.. room was good.. didnt seem like the one in the picture on the site, but was good.. bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for two.. staff, were civil, not very friendly, def not very helpful, very DIY attitude, and we reached an hour in advance to normal check in time and weren't allowed into our room which was vacant.. no need to be so rigid or money minded.. an hour doesn't change much for the hotel

Rooms are great, clean and well furnished. All necessary equipments are available.

The common areas are in a poor state of upkeep. The reception inexplicably doubles as a restaurant, which means cooking odours spread through the lobby and stairwell. Our room on the first floor was consistently filled with the smell of pizza each evening, and the restaurant’s music began at eight in the morning, making it difficult to rest.
