Hotellet ligger i et virkelig hyggeligt område, med mange restauranter og hyggelige caféer. Nemt i forhold til transport fra lufthavnen og øvrige Metro linier. Hotellet ligger på en meget befærdet gade med meget trafikstøj, men det generede ikke os.
Personalet var venlige og imødekommende.

Wir haben nach einem negativen Airbnb Erlebnis (nachts Mäuse in der Wohnung) spontan hierhin gewechselt. Die Studios sind absolut top - auf kleinem Raum ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, dazu eine schöne Einrichtung, genügend Platz für Kleidung, ausreichend Ablagefläche im Bad und ein netter Sitzplatz für 2 auf dem französischen Balkon.
Die Fenster sind so gut isoliert, so dass der Lärm von der großen Straße draußen bleibt. Die Lage ist zudem so, dass zu Fuß vieles erreichbar ist.
Das Gepäck kann vor und nach dem Aufenthalt aufbewahrt werden.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind dazu sehr nett und wir konnten hier den Rest unseres Urlaubs genießen.

Da wir wirklich Last Minute (in der Nacht vor dem Aufenthalt) gebucht haben, hatten wir ein sehr gutes preisliches Angebot - regulär ist die Unterkunft leider schon recht teuer. Auch für Pariser Verhältnisse.

Wir waren in einem älteren Gebäude untergebracht. Das Apartment war renoviert. Leider ein bisschen hellhörig, aber sonst angenehm. Super Lage und viele Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Sehr unkompliziert.

Breakfast in day 1 was in a nearby bistro across the street. Ad of day 2 in a different Bistro Sicilia for which the personnel had omitted to inform us

Super emplacement dans un quartier vivant et sécurisant, pleins de magasins et de restaurant. Les Halles et le Louvre accessible à pied. Monoprix en face, stations de métro et parkings voiture à proximité immédiate. Espace du logement grand suffisant pour Paris.

Peu d’interaction avec le personnel comme tout est automatisé. Petit-déjeuner trop simple et répétitif.

Когда бронировала отель, даже не представляла, в каком удобном месте он находится. В 2х минутах ветка 3 и 4, в 5 минутах - ветки 8 и 9. До RER 10 минут пешком. Прямо напротив отеля Monoprix.
Красивейший район со старинными зданиями. Широкий проспект. Много кафе и ресторанов. До Нотр-Дама и Hotel de Ville пешком 20 минут. Примерно столько же до Лувра .
Сам отель в старинном доме. Внутри отремонтирован. Есть лифт, прачечная, небольшой фитнесс-зал, на 1 этаже кафе с завтраками. Завтраки одинаковые каждый день - нам за 3 дня не надоели, но долго я бы так завтракать не смогла )
Комната небольшая, но нам на 3х места было достаточно. Для 3го человека - раскладное кресло с полноценным комфортным матрасом. Есть небольшая кухня со всем необходимым (холодильник, духовка/микроволновка, электроплита, посудомойка, чайник, кофеварка, тостер). Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные, как новые. Просторная ванная с хорошей косметикой.
В комнате есть балкон с шикарным видом - сидеть на нем сплошное удовольствие!
Администрация отеля очень отзывчивая, были на связи в WhatsApp 24/7.

Я любитель свежего воздуха. Люблю окна нараспашку. Но в комнате окон нет, только двери на общий балкон. Приходилось их закрывать на ночь. Мне было душновато. Но есть кондиционер и вентиляция. Поэтому минусом это назвать не могу.
Из удобств не хватало тапочек и халатов. Возможно они и есть - я не спрашивала. 3 дня - обошлись без них.
