Molto carino e nuovo, letti comodi. Bagno ampio e funzionale.
La posizione è eccellente.

Negative:
La stanza è molto piccola come del resto viene mostrato nelle foto

Positive:
The flat was super clean and comfortable but on a smaller side. Perfect for a couple but definitely not for 4 people. Very convenient location. Lots to do around and easy access to public transport.

Negative:
There is no need for a coffee table which takes space. When opening up the sofa bed there is no where to move the coffee table and not enough space to walk around. A bit noisy. There were some works carried out when we visited.

You don't find small gifts or extras like water, fruit, cookies, or a bottle of wine. These are things tourists appreciate and don't cost much.

場所は便利で、地下鉄も繁華街も近く、お洒落な店も多い割に、上品な住宅街的な雰囲気で、とても良いロケーションでした。
設備は清潔で整っており、キッチンもついていて使い勝手が良かったです。
お部屋からの眺めもパリらしくて素敵でした。
スタッフのサービスもミニマムではありましたが問い合わせへの対応は早く、ホスピタリティを感じました。

Negative:
ほとんど満足いく滞在でしたが、2点だけ気になるところがありました。
・洗面所の排水があまりよくなかった
・隣の部屋の声が意外と聞こえた

Posizione ottima, vicina a diverse stazioni metro e all'Opera Garnier. Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Materassi comodissimi (anche quello del divano letto).

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement. L’appartement est très propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé pour profiter de Paris. La gentillesse du personnel est l’un des plus grands atouts, toujours souriants, serviables et attentifs. Un grand merci à Zakaria qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. J’y reviendrai sans hésitation.

Positive:
The room was very clean and I really liked it. The location was also perfect!

Negative:
The balcony room was mainly for smoking, so there was no view and I couldn’t really enjoy it.
The breakfast was very disappointing — there was hardly anything to eat. On the second day, even though I had paid for breakfast, I skipped it and went to a nearby brunch café instead.
If I book again in the future, I will choose a room without a balcony and without breakfast.

Im Haus gibt es Frühstück und dort kann man auch sehr lecker essen

Positive:
Very clean and comfortable beds. Provided enough towels etc. good curtains for blackout. Good quality products used. Lovely Shower gel etc all provided. Fantastic location. Right beside a grocery shop.

Negative:
It needs another mirror as only 1 in the shower & sink room.
This space was ok for 3 adults & 3 kids but if you needed to spend time in the apartment it’s very small & compact. With only 4 seats round the table. Ideal if only used for bed and out during the day.

Clean and well equiped appartment in a modern style. Great water pressure on the shower. Lpvely balcony with 2 chairs and a table

Negative:
Because they have their weird little check-in site it dodn't transfer our request for a baby cod over from Booking.com and we spend a night without one. Also no parking and no discount for any nearby public parking garages, so we paid 97€ in parking for 2 days!!!

Positive:
L’appartement était exceptionnel. Tout était parfait en passant par la propreté, l’accueil, l’accommodement du personnel, les suivis et la sécurité des lieux et de l’emplacement. Tout était disposé pour vivre un séjour remarquable.

Апартаменты заявлены как апартаменты с двумя спальными. При этом это два отдельных номера, расположенных рядом. Это совершенно неудобно - номера не имеют связи - это не одни апартаменты, но об этом нигде не сказано.

Positive:
Отличное расположение, есть все для комфортного проживания, в том числе бесплатная прачечная.

Negative:
Очень шумные соседи с маленькими детьми, не давали заснуть допоздна.
Повесьте правила проживания: после 22:00 не шуметь.

Quartiere molto carino con tanti locali e servizi. Appartamento pulito e confortevole.

We wanted to stay in the Le Marais area of Paris and this hotel was well located. To places like Musee d'Orsay and Notre Dame we took an Uber -- but the more adventurous could walk or figure out the Metro. We stayed 2 nights, walked the Marais area with its delightful nooks and crannies, enjoyed dinners in bistros. Breakfasts were fine and to our taste; there is an elevator; A/C works, bed studio concept was excellent for making coffee in the morning and refrigerating water and wine. We liked the concept of having a code to access the building and our room -- there is also a concierge on duty but we liked not having to check in/out with a front desk.
