Все приятно и чисто.

The location is very good and close to many places like the train station and the Asian receptionist is extremely nice and helpful to us in many ways .

The apartment was fabulous. Very comfortable for 5 Persons. The bedding was excellent, the bathroom was excellent, the other common facilities was excellent.

European Hotels have very poor front office presence, if they can sort out a bell boy to help with the luggage, would be brilliant.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Dal design curato, nulla lasciato al caso. Bagno in marmo con doccia grande e stupenda. Prodotti L'Occitane, ottimi.
Facile check-in e checkout con comodo servizio di deposito bagagli.
Sulla Boulevard ma perfettamente insonorizzato. Un gioiello nel cuore di Parigi.
Stazione metro a due passi. E comodo supermercato di fronte (Monoprix).
Tutto perfetto.

La posizione è magnifica, vicino ai migliori punti di interesse della capitale. L’appartamento è spazioso e ben congegnato negli spazi interni. La biancheria da letto e del bagno di buona qualità.
Negative:
Purtroppo le dotazioni di cucina erano scarse per essere destinate a 4 persone per 5 giorni. Mancavano le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, bicchieri in vetro per l’acqua, una pentola per la cottura.
I materassi sono molto scomodi e deformati, andrebbero sostituiti.

There was construction going on in the hotel daily for 5 hours and our room was directly under the site, we asked for a room change because it was very loud and the walls are extremely thin, and because we were not notified about this situation beforehand. Our wish was not answered (rooms were sold out) and we were stuck with the same room for the entirety of our stay, leaving us with daily headaches that we got from the noises and with absolutely no compensation. The room shouldn’t have been open to booking in the first place and guests should at least be notified beforehand.
