Positive:
This property had everything we needed, a kitchen, beautiful bathroom, storage, a gym and washing machine and dryer. It was modern and the staff were brilliant!! The restaurant down stairs was yummy and perfect for families.
They were happy to hold our luggage before and after check in/out.
It was close to the metro and everything else you would need. We’d definitely stay here again in gorgeous Paris!!

Personel çok iyi ve güler yüzlüydü. Balkon çok sevimli ve çocuğumuz uyuduğunda keyifle kullandık. Banyo temizlik malzemeleri çok kaliteliydi. Temiz ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz tüm mutfak gereçleri vardı. Çamaşır makinesinin olmadığını biliyorduk zaten ihtiyacımız da yoktu, açıklamada da var diye yazmıyor dikkat ediniz. Küçük çocuklu aileler için tavsiye ederim, biz çok memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz.

Negative:
5 gece kaldık en azından 3 günde bir süpürülseydi harika olurdu. Genel anlamda olumsuz bir şey yoktu.

Positive:
The room was clean and new. Towels were soft, good products in the bathroom. New Kitchen. The building is renovated, quite rare for Paris standards.

Understaffed.

Quarto amplo, com espaço para fazer refeições. Acomoda família c crianças. Muito bem localizado.

The location of this property is brilliant 20 minutes walk to Notre Dame and Louvre 15 minutes walk to Chatelet des Halles train station and metro station just opposite the hotel.
Our one bedroom apartment was great for us a family of 2 adults and a 2 yo clean and it had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances kettle toaster coffee machine even a dishwasher and a fridge. The bathroom has a walk in shower hair dryer and plenty fresh towels.
In my opinion this place can be perfect for young families with babies/ toddlers. It’s like home away from home. Staff all friendly and helpful

Poco personal. Tratan de ayudar pero no pueden porque falta gente.
No hay instrucciones escritas para usar los electrodomésticos.
Imposible usar el horno con microondas.
En una oportunidad el codigo de entrada se desactivó, me quedé afuera de la habitación y no había nadie para resolverlo.

Positive:
The staff was very welcoming and extremely pleasant. I loved the studio. It was perfect for two people and the location was nice. Also, following a long flight it was nice to have a driver waiting to take use to the property.

מיקום מצוין. חדר מרווח ונקי מאוד עם מוצרי קוסמטיקה מעולים לוקאטן. ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד.

Negative:
שילמתי כ-500€ ללילה ולא הובא לידיעתי שלא מסדרים את החדר כל יום. הזמנתי 4 לילות ולא סידרו את החדר כלל אלא תמורת תשלום נוסף.
כמו כן, בחדר לא היתה מראה (מלבד בחדר הרחצה מעל הכיור) והמיזוג לא פעל.

It’s modern , love bed and pillow so comfortable. Clean even the dishwasher sponge is replaced for new guest.
Location is nice not so hectic and not so quiet. And A+ for having the bidet in the toilet ☺️

Negative:
Not really didn’t like it because it’s Paris. As usual the access lift - it’s always small in Paris.

Brak balkonu, brak okien poza dachowymi, brak widoku, klaustrofobiczne ściany pod skosem, połatane w wielu miejscach zaprawą i nie umalowane. Bardzo skromne, monotonne śniadania, OK jak pobyt nie jest dłuższy niż 2 dni. Przy kilkudniowym pobycie staje się uciążliwe. Zdarzało się, że na śniadaniu nie dla wszystkich wystarczyło soku. Obsługa różna. Niektórzy w bardzo miły sposób komunikowali, że nie interesują ich Twoje żale, inni nawet nie silili się na uprzejmość.

Positive:
This was the perfect apartment for 5 nights exploring Paris. Plenty of room for 2, was great to have the extra room for a couch and coffee table, as well as the full service kitchen! We would definitely stay here again. Excellent location for exploring, either by foot or by the super easy metro system - there's a station very close to the accommodation.

Negative:
As others have said, you can hear the metro rumbling but you get used to it quickly and it wasn't a problem for us!

Very clean, comfortable apartment, location very good, close to metro and restaurants. We were in two bedroom apartment with everything you need. For my family of 3 it was of perfect size, Nespresso machine and equipped kitchen although we didn’t use it. L’occitane cosmetics.

Negative:
Breakfast is poor, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Noisy from the boulevard.
