Positive:
Great location. Nice staff. Great shower

Negative:
I’ve never been to a place where I was charged extra money (25€) for an extra blanket for the queen bed (so we can sleep with separate blankets. Not as replacement).
Also the value for money is not high. Very small room and all hotel functions (ie. cleaning, replacing towels, sheets, etc.) cost extra charge like low cost flight.

Facility has to be revised. There is no room service, the room is not sound proof, the elevator is very very small, the receptionist only works till 6:00 pm, the hotel doesn't have bell boy. Finally more suprising, breakfast is served 5 min. walk from the hotel.

1. Check in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:am. Very bad

2. The hotel doesn't have cleaning service. I, with my family bought cleaning materials from the supermarket, and we were cleaning our room by ourselves for seven days.

3. The reception person who seats on the from desk only works till 6:00 pm. Then after if you need anything, communucation is by email. If you have anything emergency , will be though.

4. The hotel doesn't have bell boy and the elevator is very small , it can only accomodate three persons.

The location is fantastic, the room was well equipped and comfortable. Méli from the hotel staff made total difference - she went above and beyond to provide for all our requests and was key for the great experience during our stay. My family and I can’t thank her enough.

A localização é boa apesar de ficar próximo ao Pigalle, local não recomendável para famílias. O quarto é até espaçoso, mas o banheiro é extremamente pequeno, mal cabe uma pessoa.

Negative:
O hotel não possui recepção ou manutenção 24h, serviços de limpeza são cobrados separadamente. No dia da nossa chegada, além de não haver qualquer verificação dos nossos passaportes, tivemos um problema elétrico no apartamento, fiquei até às 3h da manhã tentando resolver a situação pelo WhatsApp e o problema só foi solucionado no dia seguinte. Passamos a primeira noite sem geladeira e sem ar-condicionado em um calor de 34ºC.

O café da manhã é bom, porém fica relativamente longe do hotel, tem pouca variedade e começa apenas às 8h. Por conta disso, mesmo tendo pago, perdemos o café da manhã em duas ocasiões devido a compromissos agendados — solicitei reembolso que foi negado. Ficamos hospedados por 9 noites e comemos exatamente a mesma coisa todos os dias.

Perfect location, very clean apartment with everything we needed, good air conditioning

Perfect location with multiple cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Auber stations is 4 mins walkable, which is very convenient for traveling back and forth to Paris Disneyland. Sight seeing locations are 15-20:min walk or a short cab ride.

The room was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of up to four..The facility has a laundry room outside which was great if you are traveling light or for longer duration.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone visiting Paris.

חדר מעוצב מודרני ויפה, מאוד מרווח, מרפסת מקסימה. החדר נקי והמטבחון מאובזר היטב. מקלחת נקיה ומפנקת. המיקום בשדרה גדולה באיזור שהיה נעים גם בשעות מאוחרות. למרות שהרחוב רועש, כשסוגרים את החלון החדר שקט. קרוב לתחנת מטרו עם שני קווי מטרו. במרחק של כמה דקות הליכה מmarais.

אין שירותי ניקוי של החדר והחלפת מגבות.

照明を消すことができない所が2箇所あり、寝る時に辛かった。
