Avis Quartier Libre Collection

Positive:
Nice apartment, convenient location, safe and clean— great for our family

Negative:
There was no water available when we asked for it.

Positive:
Everything about the facility is very nice. Everything was spotlessly clean. We did not experience any problems because it was very new.

Negative:
Check-in time is very late. I have stayed in many hotels before but I have never seen such a late check-in time. Early check-in was charged. It was not nice at all.

Positive:
Gran ubicación muy amplio buen aire acondiciono muy cómodo

Negative:
Me
Mandaron un whats la
Primera noche para preguntar si todo ok. Les dije que sí y pregunté 2 cosas. Todavía no me responden

Positive:

Negative:

Positive:
The property was central location , spotless and lovely staff. It was a beautiful apartment with everything you need. Supermarket across the road.

Negative:
Noise from main road and i noticed there was a cost for extra towels bedding if you did not want to wash yourself , considering the price if you require clean towels you would have hoped they would supply and not at a cost.

Positive:
It was clean, comfortable and had good air con. The WiFi was good and there was a safety deposit box. The shower and toiletries were good. It was in a good location.

Negative:
The breakfast could’ve had more selection.

Positive:

Negative:

Positive:

Negative:

Positive:
Everything is nice and comfortable.
The location is perfect! My mom is disabled, so we need wheelchair for all trips. All important sites take only 10-20 euro for uber cars. Super market and many restaurants are only a few minute walk.
The staff are nice and always helpful. Check-in was very smooth and we were allowed to use the room 30 minutes earlier without charge. Check-out does need any work and we stored our baggage for free after check-out.
The room was clean. The bed is big and comfortable. Sofa bed is also big enough.
The kitchen is small but enough for simple meals.

Negative:
There is some noise in the evening and early morning from the street but at a bearable level.
There can be some guidance for heater, dishwasher and coffee machine so that users can use it more easily and efficiently.
The shared washing machine is very helpful, but we didn’t know at first.

Positive:

Positive:
Superb location, generally cosy feeling, fully equipped kitchen corner, helpful staff

Negative:
Constant noise - either from ongoing works (must be temporary; unlucky timing for us), or from a newly opened bistro just right to the door, if you stay in appartment no 01 or 02 (unfortunately, seems to be persistent; especially annoying late at night).
Unstable chairs, excessive curtains, poorly fixed loose tap in the bathroom - small things, unexpectedly unpleasant considering the price. Complicated use of the sofa in the living/kitchen - takes basically all the space when unfolded for sleep, impossible to move around the room. Appartment no 01 might fit well for 2 people, wouldn’t recommend for 4, as in our case.

Positive:
posizione comoda, vicino a locali e mezzi di trasporto

Negative:
Asciugamani sostituibili a pagamento.

Negative:

Positive:
Great location to metro, montmartre . Clean appartment. Nespresso coffee machine

Negative:
Feint noise from vent from metro. Not enough to cause a problem but could hear it in the dead of night. Not enough to cause a problem though

Positive:
Love the aesthetic of this property - from the entrance, lobby and the room. Surprisingly the ground floor common area are pretty spacious, and I did one of my meeting calls there. The one bedroom apartment is clean, smells good and love the balcony. The several staff on duty were all friendly, helpful and professional.

Location is great as well - walking distance to Printempt & La Fayette Gallerie Haussmann, Opera Garnier, Louvre, etc.

Near to Metro station and there is a Carrefour mart on the same row. And many nice restaurants within walking distance.

Negative:
Sound proofness.

Positive:
Very convenient location, easy to walk to most attractions in center of Paris.

Negative:
Bit on the pricier side, but you pay for the location.

Positive:
Neu renoviert, sehr sauber, Toplage

Negative:

Great place to stay.
Just a few things to note: Rooms had odd shape ceiling near the beds. There are cabinet/shelf right over the bed area so watch when your head when you get up. Bathrooms are very small. Dryers don’t dry very well.

Positive:
Clean and excellent location
Zakaria at receptionist desk , was very helpful and nice
