La localización es excepcional. En un barrio muy seguro, pero con mucha vida. Por todas las calles hay terrazas llenas de gente y también hay un supermercado justo enfrente. A pesar de la vida que tiene el barrio, el apartamento es silencioso.

Negative:
El desayuno del restaurante que esta en el mismo edificio es muy caro para lo poco que ofrecen. Como teníamos que salir pronto hacia el aeropuerto, no nos dio tiempo de ir a ningún restaurante por la zona, pero el supermercado ofrece comidas preparadas de buena calidad, aparte de toda la bollería típica.

Positive:
Very new, clean, unusually spacious, well appointed apartments with kitchen, large beds, bathroom. Location is also very convenient - close to restaurants, shopping and metro stations.

Negative:
It’s the nature of the property’s business model so hard to fault but there are some traditional services like daily housekeeping, extra towels which are not available or available at added cost.

Property was in a great location. Very nice and easy to get checked in. Staff were very helpful.

Negative:
Only have one complaint and that relates to breakfast on our first morning. We were told that breakfast would be from 7.30 and scheduled the day around that. We arrived at 7.40 and were told it wouldn’t be until 8, which meant we couldn’t stay as we’d miss our train. It caused us a bit of a problem as we couldn’t get any food before a long journey. Everything else was great so this is just a small comment. Don’t like to complain.

Camas grandes y muy cómodas incluyendo el sofá cama del salón. Cocina bien equipada. Muy limpio y bien cuidado. Muy buena ubicación.

Negative:
Por decir algo, el ascensor se estropeaba con frecuencia y a última hora de la noche y pronto por la mañana se notaba una cierta vibración, suponemos que del metro, pero de las 5 personas que íbamos solamente lo percibíamos 2.

Η τοποθεσία καθώς και το διαμέρισμα ήταν άψογα.Ακριβως κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν εστιατόρια και καφέ,μαγαζιά και σε 3λεπτα είσαι στο μετρό.Το δωμάτιο σωστά εξοπλισμένο και όμορφο!

Positive:
The accommodation was just right for 3 people. Although the studio apartment was small, it fitted the queen bed and sofa bed comfortably.

Smart tv, small but adequate kitchen, wifi and friendly staff.

Best thing is the location, easy access to the M12 train and a few buses, plus local bakeries and restaurants.

Negative:
Unfortunately our air conditioning stopped working after 2 nights so we didn't sleep the last 2 nights, but until then it was working wonderfully. And there's no microwave so can't easily heat milk for coffee.

La salle d’eau est trop exiguë pour un appartement de deux chambres. Au niveau de la clim l’évaporateur est tombé durant la première nuit et durant tout le séjour de 7 nuits aucune réparation n’a été faite.
Il serait aussi bon de mettre un minimum de nécessaire pour le ménage …
J’ai été dans cet hôtel il y’a 3 ans et j’avais aimé .

Great locatioin, lots of restaurants nearby, supermarket just across the road. The apartment room was newly renovated, keeps clean.

Negative:
Since it is just by the main road, outside is a bit noisy.

It located in the center of Paris. I stayed at one bedroom apartment. Its sofa bed is pretty good for me and my son. Very close to shopping, louvre, bus stop, restaurants, and more.

The apartment was clean.

We rented a 2 bedroom deluxed apartment. One of the rooms was so small there was nowhere to place a small carry on, neither a closet or drawer in that bedroom to put your belongings.
You could hardly walk around the bed. We had to place the carry on in the living room.
There was one bathroom for both bedrooms that was in the extreme opposite direction of the bedrooms
The air conditioning in one of the bedroom was not working. We reported and was not repaired.
At check in they had assigned us hotel beds instead of the apartment we had booked. Apparently the apartment we had booked had technical issues. It was frustrating. The lady at the reception was very kind and try hard to find a solution. Yet the apartment was quite uncomfortable.
