A localização é espetacular! Banheiro excelente e quarto com um ótimo tamanho.

Negative:
A mesa na sala era muito grande para o espaço, atrapalhando a abertura do sofá-cama.

Positive:
Huoneiston siisteys, sijainti, varusteet, sänkyjen mukavuus, jopa vuodesohva on hyvä! Pusutila ja GYM.

Negative:
Kaipasimme tuplasti enemmän ruokavälineitä ja lautasia, niitä riitti vain yhdelle syömisselle ja sitten astianpesukoneeseen. Myös enemmän astianpesukoneet pesuaineita olisi hyvä.

Positive:
Appartement conforme aux attentes et bien placé.

Negative:
Commun…très commun, moquette tachée et sale. S’il n’y avait pas de personnel à l’accueil, on ne verrait pas la différence, sauf pour taper à la porte 10 min passées l’heure du départ, pour voir où vous en êtes ! Et pour finir le petit -déjeuner très banal, est à prendre dans un restaurant à côté, sans aucune mesure d’hygiène : charcuteries, œufs mayonnaises, etc…exposés sur de simples tables sans aucune réfrigération. Service long.

Was so good. The room was so cleaned. Tha staff was so kind to help us for everything we need.

The noise outside as it was weekend and there was parties lots of people and loud music. But it was the faoult of - Quartier Libre Collection.

Ich habe im März ein Appartement für über 2000 Euro für drei Nächte gebucht. (3 Personen) Leider wurde uns ein Zimmer von 25m2 zugewiesen. Ich finde das sehr schade und im Prinzip unfair. Zum Glück war der Aufenthalt ansonsten gelungen.

Positive:
I would not hesitate to book this property again. Excellent location in the Marais, 10 minute walk to Rambuteau, 10 minutes to Les Halles. Rue de Rivoli is maybe 15 minutes away. The air conditioning was outstanding and the internet was 10/10. Note, you have to re-enter the code (super easy) to keep the Wi-Fi going. Book it!

Negative:
Next time, I would book the three bedroom for more room, but the two bedroom was plenty.

Amazing Apartment with Great Location and Exceptional Service

We had a wonderful stay at Quartier Libre Opéra – Paris. The one-bedroom apartment was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay, and we especially appreciated the addition of water hoses in the toilet – a thoughtful touch rarely found in European properties.

The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to malls, shops, restaurants, and a Carrefour right nearby for everyday essentials. The check-in process was seamless and fully automated – smoother than what we’ve experienced even in five-star hotels!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Hassiba, who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. we were also able to arrange a late check-out (with a fee), which was a huge help since we had a late flight.

Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

We requested for late checkout by 1 hour. They refused to to grant us complimentary late checkout by 30-60 mins and wanted us to pay for the same. We haven’t experienced this before- usually hotels accommodate request of 30-60 mins late checkout. That said, the female on the front desk in the late afternoon/ evening shift of 16th May was very helpful.
Separately, I am struggling to get an invoice from Booking.com of the property. It was easy and hassle free to book the property but it is not easy to get an invoice which should have been emailed by default.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable, el espacio de la habitación muy bueno para paris. El gimnasio está chiquito pero suficiente, hay lavandería gratis.

Lo único que me hubiera gustado es tener limpieza o cambio de toallas sin costo.

They are asking money for cleaning, even ti change a towels you need to pay, beside you pay for 1000+ EUR per night per room. They are trying to charge even for luggage storage. There are repairings ongoing in ground floor. Smell from wall painting in rooms. With trying to get more living space their showers in rooms like 2sqm (if not less). Reception desk behavior very arrogant, we decided not to stay anymore there.

Мы бронировали двубедрумный номер. Большая проблема отеля, что в одной категории и цене их три разных - Эффектный, угловой, тот, что на заглавной странице. Средний - с одним окном в гостиной . И мансардный - вообще без вида, окнами в небо и поменьше площадью . Были уверены, что бронируем первый, а нас поселили в мансардный. За цену от 700 до 1000 евро в день - это ужас по соотношению цена/ качество. Несколько часов созванивались со службой поддержки букинга, планировали отменить бронирование на последние два дня. Отель вначале согласился, но когда букинг отправил им подтверждающий запрос - проигнорировал его. На следующий день отель согласился поменять номер (хотя всё равно дали номер промежуточной категории), но поздно вечером, когда мы приехали из Диснейденда, новый менеджер очень долго разбирался, так как не имел информации об этом. А все что нужно отелю, чтобы не было такой прроблемы - просто разместить разные номера в разных категориях и с разными ценами. Еще одна проблема - попадание в отель. Войти можно только по коду, а не было понятно, что чтобы его получить, нужно было заранее заполнить онлайн анкету. В результате мы сами долго стучались, а невестка вообще не смогла попасть и полдня ходила с сумкой по Парижу :)
The room did not match the photos—maybe they have one nice room that was photographed, but the others look nothing like it. After booking, we didn’t receive the front door code and couldn’t enter the hotel for 30 minutes.

We were placed in units on the 6th floor. The space was much smaller than described: tiny dormer windows near the ceiling, no view, bedrooms no larger than 10 m², and a cramped kitchen-living area with an uncomfortable sofa bed. When unfolded, it blocked access to the bathroom.

We tried to cancel the remaining nights. Booking.com support contacted the manager, who initially agreed, but then ignored the cancellation form and declined it the next morning. Instead, we were promised a move to a different apartment.
