Positive:
Super Lage mit Blick über den Dächern von Paris. Sehr sauber und mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Obwohl mitten in der Stadt sehr ruhig. Viele kleine Läden und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Apartment war recht klein, aber gemütlich.

Negative:
Wir hatten eine Verbindungstür zur Nachbarwohnung und man hat leider jedes Wort der anderen Familie nebenan gehört.

Positive:
Месторасположение, полотенца

Negative:
Узкий лифт, грязная раковина, неработающий полотенцесушитель, душ такой маленький и ужасный , грязные полы, диван и белье для дивана в пятнах , кондиционер не включался. Слышно все, от метро под землей и вибрацию, до секса соседей сверху и шум во всех комнатах вокруг.

J'ai absolument tout aimé... c'était très propre dans un bon emplacement... vous avez un mini-marché à 3 minutes et des restaurants à proximité. Les lits sont super confortables L'appartement était très propre... le personnel était super sympa. ✨❤️ merci

Location great, the apartment was clean.

Negative:
The floor inside the apartment 501 has an obvious inclination (!), which is challenging for people with kinetic issues. Not to mention that you constantly feel dizzy while walking from the first room to the second via the hallway that connects the rooms, because of the floor's inclination. The floor in that apartment is definitely not flat, I don't know why. We did not bother to report this, however, because we were out all the time.

Also, there were some visible cracks on the walls above the entrances to the kitchen and the hall, but that was not a problem to us. Generally, the building is very old (the elevator small etc) but again it was not a problem.

Finally, we scheduled a cleaning service (they gave it to us for free, as a reward of sorts for staying a week) but no one ever came to clean up the apartment or change the towels. :(

Negative:
Dryer didn’t work -showed error code. No one able to come fix problem- had to problem solve over phone. No one at reception after hrs. Misleading information- saying room serviced. However it was at a COST.

Very well centrally located. Every thing available within 50 meter to 200 meter. Gallery Lafayette is just 250 away. High street shopping starts from 100 meter. Hop and hop off 1st stop is very near by. Louvre Paris is 1 km from the property. Very nice place. Planning to stay for a long time in this property during summer. Helpful front desk in the adjoining Property available 24/7z

All good. Just read all the instructions given by the property and get door gate password before check in. Booking.com didn’t share the link mail of the property because of that It took time to check in.

Clean and bright, with all the essential cooking equipments and cutlery even we didn’t made use of it and have wardrobe to hanging clothes and ironing set

Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko stacji metra St' George i Pigalle. Blisko kafejki, piekarnie, market. Nowoczesne wnętrze. Polecam na krótkie pobyty!

Rozmiar pokoju, który nie był dla 3 osób. Rozmiar łazienki, z najmniejszą umywalką jaką widziałam w życiu. Brak miejsca na kosmetyki. Nie działające ogrzewanie w łazience. Brak miejsca do zjedzenia śniadania dla 3 osoby ( jest jedynie kawałek blatu barowego i dwa krzesła). Koszty wszystkich dodatkowych serwisów ( zmiana ręczników,zmiana pościeli, sprzątanie pokoju - które nie zawiera wymiany pościeli?). Obsługa pobytu głównie przez stronę online właściciela.

Propreté des lieux et emplacement

Negative:
Téléviseur qui ne fonctionne pas, et le personnel n’a pu trouver de solution . Travaux à partir de huit heures ( en week end) dans l’établissement. Nous avons donc été réveillé par des coups de marteau dans le mur qui se sont prolongés sans interruption jusqu’à notre départ 11h.

Positive:
Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, bouteille de rouge offerte à l’arrivée. Personnel très agréable

Une très belle découverte en plein cœur de Paris à côté des Grands Boulevards, de L Opéra, de la Place Vendôme! Nous étions 3. L appartement était spacieux, très calme, propre et sobre. Tous les équipements sont présents pour rendre le séjour agréable! Nous avons pu régler le chauffage et il faisait particulièrement bon dans les pièces malgré le froid hivernal extérieur. Produits de beauté l Occitane dans la salle de bain.
Personnel sur place pour répondre à nos questions et nous accueillir.

We loved the accommodations! Great neighborhood - very walkable, near lots of wonderful shops and restaurants. Gave us a feel of the real Paris. Our hosts were gracious and responsive. Highly recommend!

Location, price and facilities are very well balanced. Bed was super comfortable. Room was very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Bathroom and the toilet are separate unit so one person can use the toilet while other person use the shower. Keyless entry to the hotel and the room.
