Positive:
This was a wonderful place to stay . The apartment was clean, attractively decorated , well appointed and well laid out, with a lovely little balcony opening to a quiet courtyard. We greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful concierges on site 24/7. It was quite nice to also have a gym and laundry facilities on site (and good elevators !).The location is excellent.

Negative:
The shower door didn’t close completely (minor complaint - the apartment was great!)

Les appartements sont sobres mais décorés juste comme il faut. Très confortable. L'équipe d'accueil agréable. L'endroit est idéal pour découvrir les beaux quartiers de Paris

Great location. The women at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable and very updated. We would stay here again.

Positive:
Quartier Libre was the perfect location with plenty of shops, bars and cafes, restaurants and more right outside the door. Right on the metro line, we saw everything we wanted to. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and cosy. Perfectly French! Thank you so much for a great stay. We would stay at Quartier Libre again for sure!

There is little space in the bathroom but otherwise there were no issues!

La ubicación perfecta para desplazarte por todo el centro de París, variedad de restaurantes alrededor. Recepción 24 horas, la habitación separada del salón lo que otorga bastante intimidad y el sanitario independiente del baño, una idea genial si son mas de dos las personas que ocupan el apartamento en mi caso 3. El sofá cama muy cómodo y muy grande para 2 personas perfecto. Bien insonorizado. No hice uso de desayuno. La cocina equipada, en resumen muy contenta con la elección.

The apartment was super comfy, nice decor, good beds and pillows. The shower was great and loved having a little kitchen. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also loved the location. Will come and stay again!

apparement appartement 103, porte très dure à ouvrir , j'ai dû forcé à coup d'épaules pour ouvrir la porte , j'ai huile la gâche mais métal de la gâche à polir , pas pu utiliser le chauffage ni clim ni Asuova de SDB , d'habitude quand j'arrive tout marche , hotte de cuisine inutilisable , elle tremble à sa mise en route et fait un bruit énorme , j'ai dû débrancher le détecteur de fumée pour cuisiner . 10 fois que je viens , aucun des autres appartements n'est dans cet état , j'ai laissé les consignes sur la table de salons , à transmettre à l'au service d'entretien

Normalememt tout est nickel mais l’ appartement 204, manquait une table basse dans le living, et pas assez de tasses et les prises dans la cuisine pour les appareils ne sont pas bien placées. Et peut-être une idée de mettre au moins une chaise dans la chambre..

The place was very clean and the team was very nice , there is a nice balcony to see the street
But I recommended to put a full body mirror it was missing 😉

I liked the size of the rooms, private bathroom and balcony. The location of the apartment was very close to the metro line with quick access to Gare du Lyon. The location was excellent, supermarket 1min away. The neighborhood is very luxurious, great for an anniversary… I even did a little home cooking here as well. The keyless entry was top class and anonymous; they send you a link for check-in to access your authentic passcode. The receptionist explained how it can be done in advance before you arrive to save time. It takes about 5min to fill out the form; so, I suggest doing it before you arrive.

Negative:
I loved the TV in the living room, but I didn’t like that there wasn’t a TV in the bedroom. As a result, I used the pull-out-bed from the sofa and it made things better. I like falling asleep to french television because I speak Freanch as a second language

Nice new apartment in a very nice location. Ample space for Paris standards and well equipped.

Negative:
These can’t be considered a 5 Start Aparthotel - for that you would need much better services, including restaurant and other amenities, more qualified and service oriented staff and above all cleaning. For the 3 days of our stay, despite our continuous complaints, we had garbage in front of our door left by another apartment which is simply unacceptable.

My forgot a wallet in the property and Paul did his very best to assist us! Highly recommended.
