Emplacement, confort et propreté. Le personnel à la réception est très gentil et serviable.

We paid for early check in but arrived earlier than our expected early check in time and they were still able to let us in our apartment.

Very nice staff and modern apartment, very comfortable and spacious when compared to the alternatives. The location was super, walking distance from Louvre museum, Opera district shopping and many other areas.

Очень просторная, светлая, чистая квартира. Для нас непривычно, что в квартире прохладно, но это ноябрь. При желании можно включить кондиционеры на тепло и полотенцесушитель в ванной на максимум. Заселение бесконтактное и быстрое. Месторасположение очень удобное для туристов.

Great sized apartment, good facilities. Very well located. Nice balcony and close to shops.

Lovely and cosy, clean and had everything you needed to be self sufficient which came in handy when my youngest was poorly.

The property was very clean, had everything we needed during our stay. We Loved it and will definitely return.

Renovated recently, clean, good location. Easy check in and check out.

The place is just as shown in the photos. It was new, clean and everything worked. Katia was an lovely and could not have been more helpful.

They have books and other nice little nicknacks in the room but we put these under the bed as we preferred have the additional counter and shelf spaces occupied by these things.

Die Lage, das Zimmer war zwar klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett. Für ein Städtetrip immer wieder gerne

Chambre très agréable cosy et fonctionnelle. Tout est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez chez vous.

Negative:
Travaux avec coupures d’eau deux jours de suite. Certes pas du ressort de l’hôtel mais peu réactif pour permettre de compenser : pas proposition de bouteilles d’eau et autre. Obligation de demander un effort commercial.

Positive:
We liked the hotel, we liked the room, we liked the location.
We missed to have a chance to have at least breakfast in the hotel.
We did not plan to do shopping and making breakfast for ourselves. It shortened our time in the city.
It was good though that Carrefour was nearby.

Negative:
As stated above, we only missed a breakfast room with breakfast.

Positive:

- reception staff were friendly
- easy check in & check out

Negative:
No daily cleaning,
Maybe daily cleaning will add more value to the hotel, otherwise everything else is great.
