Clean and spaceous apartment - well appointed kitchen. Lovely little tea/coffee welcome pack. Host was exceptional - prompt response to messages also offered a complimentary cleaning service - Huge thank you! Location could not have been any better. Close to great shopping - Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, close to the metro and train station, walking distance to the Champs Elyées and La Concorde to name a few places. Bus tour stops also nearby. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Negative:
Things that could be improved - The carpet on the staircase is old and not very secure, posing a hazard and you can easily trip and fall. The lighting on the staircase is quite poor and to get to the 3rd floor we had to use the light from our phones on 2 of the flights of stairs. Suggestions - hand towel holder in the toilet would be great and a small mirror. In the kitchen a small dish drying rack (if not using the dishwasher) and a full length mirror would be a bonus.

The fire alarm went on in the middle of the night, there was nobody around to ask what was going on. Nobody answered the phone. Most of the time there wasn't anyone or just one person in the front office. You can access the building with a code which does not feel very safe. There was a humid smell in the bathroom. The housekeeping does not come unless you ask for it and you have to book it over the web.

La ubicación del departamento fue espectacular, barrio muy seguro, con una gran conectividad! Podíamos visitar varios lugares solo caminando a una poca distancia.

The property is in a good location with multiple metro stations and bus stops very close by. There are a number of good restaurants close by and the area felt safe even late nights.

Negative:
We stayed in a Superior Apartment. It is quite small and is really not suitable for more than 2 adults. Also, be aware that there is no washing machine in the apartment. It is available in the basement of the building. The description of the facilities available does not make this clear.

Personnel très gentil. Nous avions réservé la chambre sous les toits malheureusement le plafond étaient trop bas pour mon conjoint (qui fait 1m98).
La réceptionniste nous a changé de chambre sans problème. Je vous remercie pour votre flexibilité.

Appartements toujours très beaux, refaits à neufs, modernes et spacieux en plus de leur situation idéales en plein centre.

Nos gustó la modernidad y la ubicación, con varios subtes cerca. Muchos bares y supermercados a su alrededor. Cama más grande de lo que esperábamos y muy cómoda. Cocina equipada y baño también. Buen wi fi.

Negative:
El baño era un tanto chico, por momentos resultaba incómodo. De todos modos no afectó a nuestra estadía.
