The room was very comfortable in every way. Excellent location, quiet and walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative:
I informed the staff that I was celebrating my anniversary. They replied as follows: "We are pleased to inform you that the establishment has confirmed that it can arrange this for you. No additional charge will be applied for this request." It was very disappointing that when we arrived in the room there was not even a greeting card and/or a bottle of sparkling wine at the very least. No arrangements were made.

Amazing apartments, great location, very nice administrators especially Ema, comfortable beds, extremely clean and soft bed linen and towels. The kitchen has everything you could need, from dishes to pans and dishwasher tablets and beautiful glasses. The apartments are very spacious, much bigger than usual in Paris. We will come back and recommend to friends.

We could not connect the phone to the TV all week.

Instanlaciones perfectas. Camas comodas.
Tiene ascensor.
Puedes experimentar como seria vivir en un edificio parisino. Todo muy bien cuidado.

Estaban en obras en una zona del edificio.
El baño de la suit no tenia wc. Solo habia un wc en el piso, no dos.

Big clean rooms, great location. Place just had a refurb so it was very new and fresh. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative:
When it rains the rain hits the balcony and is rather loud. The property might need an extra person at the front desk during check in and check out times.

Positive:
We recently stayed here. The location is perfect and close to several train lines. There are many places to eat nearby, a pharmacy 2 minutes by foot, and lots of shopping. If you desire to cook, just a few doors down is a small grocery store. For something bigger, head to the Monoprix that’s within 6 minute walk.

The apartment itself was a 2 bedroom/2 bath. Each room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The living room/dining area also had a balcony. Both come equipped with outdoor seating and greenery. The place was impeccably clean. I even checked the floor corners to see if dirt had just been pushed around. Nope. It was spotless. One bathroom had a nice tub with rain shower, sink, and toilet. The other was a sink and shower combo. The second toilet was down the hall. We liked this feature because it was 5 of us and having the option to use the restroom while someone was taking a shower was much appreciated. The apartment itself was not overstuffed with unnecessary furniture which I often see in many Airbnb’s. This made things much easier. We had plenty of space to accommodate our luggage. Closet space was plenty for us. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and appliances.

Overall, we would visit again and hope others will too.

Negative:
My one and only gripe is that we opted for the late checkout which was first offered to us but then we received a message stating that we’d have to leave a bit earlier. We paid for the entire “late checkout” option and would have benefited from the extra time. I wish they would have explained that we wouldn’t be able to have the entire time slot before we were charged. In the end, the housekeeper showed up early. We didn’t want to impede her schedule so we exited earlier than expected. Small nuisance that I hope can be addressed for future stays.

Allocated apartment (301) was dull, little natural light and not suitable for us, but staff were very helpful and understanding, and moved us to a better apartment.

Nessun ricambio degli asciugami e nessuna pulizia giornaliera della camera. Soffitti bassi. Scale di accesso vecchie e sporche. Rumori fin dalla mattina (anche il sabato) per lavori di ristrutturazione nel palazzo.

- Vol de nos bagages durant notre séjour: 1 individu s'est introduit dans l'établissement et a volé 2 de nos valises le jour de notre départ
- Etablissement mal sécurisé (le voleur a eu accès malgré le digicode à l'entrée du bâtiment. A l'intérieur, pas de service reception; absolement personne pour sécuriser le site la nuit, comme de jour)

Positive:
We were amazed by the apartment in Paris! Extremely modern and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Access was easy, and the instructions we received were very clear, making our arrival smooth. It's near to shops, restaurants, main attractions and metro.

Negative:
We were disappointed that all the codes for the rooms were the same, which wasn't ideal. We didn't feel safe leaving our belongings in the room or sleeping without worrying that - someone could enter the apartment. Additionally, we missed information about the restaurant hours, instructions for using the washing machine and dryer, and the smart TV wasn't working properly, as it had issues connecting to the phone or mainstream apps. While the apartment itself is incredible, these issues did affect our overall experience.
