Positive:
La situació. L'espai és petit però súper ben aprofitat. Les instal·lacions noves i llits còmodes. Molt recomanable. Parking pel cotxe a 1 min a peu. 2 parades de Metro a pocs metres.

Negative:
L'ascensor és petit (de 3 pax)i hem baixat per torns.

Уютно, светло, очень мягкая приятная постель и полотенца, как облачко)) есть качественная посуда, чистый чайник, гель, шампунь нормального качества (хоть и не эко, но лучше, чем в некоторых отелях)). Мы жили в двух апартаментах разной категории и могу сказать, что в этих вид на улицу является как плюсом, так и минусом, т.к. с одной стороны за счет этого светло в апартаментах, однако в 6 утра начинается ремонт где-то поблизости, гремели трубами, я была в шоке, у нас в Испании раньше 8:30-9:00 никакие шумные работы не допустимы! А тут такое ещё и на улице с отелями.

Negative:
У нас были чёткие планы и ровно в 16:00 мы хотели заселиться, однако полчаса пришлось просидеть на лестнице с голодным ребёнком и чемоданами, т.к. в номере проводились работы по устранению проблемы с системой безопасности. В итоге никто даже не пришел подмести мусор за рабочим, хотя мы об этом спросили администратора, на что она ответила «там убрано». В итоге я сама мыла стол, за которым должен был ещё полчаса назад поесть ребёнок, но на котором были сложены грязные инструменты вместо этого! Люк на этом месте остался обшарпанным, тк отель не хочет блокировать пару дней для полноценного ремонта. Из душевой течёт вода в гостиную! Чуть не намокли вещи в сумках. Ну и шум ремонта с улицы в 6-7 утра это конечно дикость полнейшая.

酒店一直在装修，每天都很吵，而且隔音很差，每个路过你房门前的人你都能听得很清楚。空间充斥着油漆的味道。他们不提供酒店清洁服务，需要付费。我妻子洗了一半热水没了。去找reception表示无能为力，要明天才能过来人修。后来自己重启了热水器。等了将近2小时恢复热水。然后我寄了email让他们不用来了明天。第二天他们发了email给我，提议让我迟点uitcheck. 我回复email表示接受。但是第二天又收到他们的email让我准时11点uit check. 我表示不能接受。

Materasso troppo duro; in cucina mancano diversi attrezzi come tazze, tagliere, asciughini e altro; l'appartamento affaccia su una corte interna molto brutta e non ha altri affacci; in bagno mancano piani di appoggio per il beautycase

Positive:
It is a great place to stay with a lovely balcony, all the staff are helpful, polite, very welcoming and can speak English. The apartment is spotless and neat. The facilities are superb. It has good soundproofing and you can't hear any footsteps or people walking from outside your door. The beds are super comfy. Location-wise, it is close to metro and easy access to all attractions either on foot or by metro. Will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Paris.

Positive:
The apartment is large for Paris, and all is brand new. The location is superb, which a grocery shop walking distance, good restaurants (try Moghol), and bakeries (patisserie de l’Olympia)

Negative:
Only one thing: when we arrived the trash has not been emptied.

Negative:
Las fotos lo hacen parecer mejor de lo que es. Para nada es un “9” de puntuación.
Horrible y exageradísimo el ruido del suelo de todo el apartamento. Crujía fuertísimo pisaras donde pisaras, muy desagradable y ruidoso para la noche sobre todo.
Al llegar no teníamos ninguna olla ni cazo en la cocina y habíamos reservado apartamento para preparar cenas a los niños. Al avisar en seguida nos contestaron que alguien nos lo llevaba pero no vino nadie y no volvieron a responder. Al final, tras insistir, resultó que en el bloque de al lado han hecho un hotel que es de la misma cadena de los apartamentos y acabamos pidiéndola allí pero un día después y sin entender por qué no nos dijeron esto desde el principio.
Ojo, que para usar el cuartito donde puedes guardar el equipaje en el check out, lo mismo. No tienes código tras dejar el apartamento para volver a abrir las puertas y también tienes que ir al hotel a decir que te abran para coger el equipaje, pero esto no lo indican al darte todas las instrucciones. De hecho, sabíamos que podíamos ir al hotel y que era de los mismos dueños por el problema de las ollas.

Our error but it’s only got 1 toilet, be aware that our assumption that 2 baths meant 2 toilets was off. Could have been an issue.
Air conditioning in MasterBdrm was not working and of our 6 nights, worked for 2.

As advertised , very good value for money, centrally located, everything is close by for long stays, staff amazing, clean, enough towels

Check in and check out are little challenging in terms of timing but understandable.

スタッフと接する事なく、オンラインで完結するのは良いのですが、トラブルが(鍵がアクセスコードを入れても開かないなど)あった時に少し手間が掛かり不安がありました。
(連絡すれば直ぐに対応してもらえました。)

Tutto perfetto. Si tratta di miniappartamenti con tutto ciò che serve all’interno di una struttura gestita come un hotel. E’ tutto nuovo, pulito ed in una ottima posizione per girare anche a piedi. Lavanderia gratuita e personale sempre presente.

Negative:
Alcuni piccoli suggerimenti solo perché la struttura è di nuova apertura. In bagno ci potrebbero essere più appendini e un numero maggiore di asciugamani considerando la durata del soggiorno. Il Wi-Fi funziona bene ma bisogna continuamente reinserire le credenziali.

Positive:
The location is fantastic. Very quiet street with lots of different restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. It is close relatively to the Champs Elysees. It is just 2 minutes from large department stores and boutiques.
Definitely the location could not have been better and yet it is so safe and secluded away from the traffic.
It is a beautiful apartment and we would love to go back.
