L'entrée dans les lieux un peu long pour comprendre le fonctionnement de la cuisine,

Hochwertige Ausstattung, tolle Lage, komfortable Bäder, gute Bettenqualität,, unkomplizierte Abläufe.

Negative:
Wohnung entspricht zwar den Fotos, aber eben nur einigen wenigen, da Fotos von mehreren Appartements eingestellt sind. Die Überraschung bleibt, der sehr gute Standard ist aber gegeben. Erwähnte Bauarbeiten sind wohl in der Abschlussphase, dafür ist alles neu.

Positive:
The one bedroom apartment felt enormous for Paris. It was brand new, pin drop quiet, the AC was lovely and we had an enormous sunny terrace. Good quality furnishings and comfortable pillows and beds. Fantastic location and took us no time to get anywhere, even during the Olympics. Staff were friendly and could not be more accommodation and helpful.

Negative:
As it had just opened there were a few teething issues but they were addressed very well.
Cleaning is available but for an extra cost. I would suggest if staying more than 2-3 nights providing this as part of the overall cost.

Location is considered good because it’s in a walking distance to Monmatre.
Washing machine and dryer are great for family group.
Lots of restaurants nearby.

- the floor and carpet are not that clean and it is not common to offer one-off slippers. Also cannot buy from nearby supermarket
- Sofa got marks
- shower door cannot be fully closed but not a big problem for adults

L'amabilité du personnel est formidable. Bravo à toute l'équipe qui se soucie de leurs invités. Emplacement exceptionnel près de supermarché, de metro.

Izcila atrašanās vieta! Jauks rajons, pilns ar vietām kurās gribas pasēdēt, paēst, iedzert un baudīt pilsētas atmosfēru.

Negative:
Numurs saspiests. Šķiet piešķirtais apartaments bija cits, nekā tas kurš bija bildēs. Divguļamā gulta bija neērta. Vannasistaba ļoti, ļoti maza. Liekas, ka atkaļķošanas līdzekli uzkopšanas komanda nepazīst. Problēmas ar tīrību gan virtuvītē, gan vannasisatabā. Jāņem vērā, ka veļas mazgāšana nav apartamentā, bet koplietošanas telpās pagrabstāvā.
Apartaments īsti nav piedāvātās cenas vērts.

Very clean, modern, all new and well equipped. location is great, near the Opera and lots of restaurants.

It was great for the value and location , the apartments are cute and clean , has everything you need , even a fitness room and laundry.

We had a difficult time w checking in after hours , we rented 3 rooms and got check in instructions for 2 only so I had to call on a long distance for 30 min to be on hold to get our 3 rd apprtmn check in instructions

Super cute apartments. Small but functional and clean. Staff goes out of their way to help. Terrace was an amazing addition to the apartment. Building is brand new and close to shops and restaurants. Supermarket just a few doors away for convenient.

Negative:
Wifi dropped constantly and false alarms startled us at odd hours. Laundry not operational.

Laure (receptionist in the adjacent property) came over to help with entry.
She was fantastic - very accommodating and helpful. She gets very high marks.
Location was great - safe and central. Supermarket was a 100 meters away (open till 10 pm)
Bed was very comfy / linens and towels were high quality
Kitchen was well equipped

There was construction going on in the building, so there was smell of paint all over; there were sounds from renovation work.
