L’appartement ne correspond plus exactement aux photos. Il mériterait un peu de rénovation, les murs sont abîmés, les couleurs du tapis et des meubles sont passés, il y avait également beaucoup de poussière. Nous n’avons eu aucune information sur le quartier ni sur les équipements de l’immeuble par le personnel, que nous avons découvert le jour de notre départ. Dommage. Également le manque de chauffage au vu des températures

Modern clean with all the amenities. Staff was superb!

Negative:
The dryer in the washer dryer room did not get the drying done in time. But staff stepped in and managed the laundry for us while we went out.

The actual size of the apartment is not the same as shown on website , much smaller , we cannot pull out the sofa bed as it will touch the dining table,

Furnished beautifully, beds super comfy and extremely clean. I’m a great location, close to metro and restaurants down stairs are great!

فقط اخذوا مبلغ اكثر رغم بوكينغ كاتب لن تدفعوا شئ نهائياً في مكان الإقامة ولكن طلبوا منا 41€ للدخول والالزامي ايضاً اخذوا 31€ تأمين بدون مايرجع او 500€ عند كسر شئ في الشقة فقط.

Positive:
La struttura è molto carina, le camere decisamente più spaziose rispetto alle classiche degli hotel parigini, solo il bagno un po' piccolo. La camera ha inoltre una piccola cucina dotata di fornelli ad induzione, macchina del caffè, scalda acqua, tostapane, piatti, bicchieri, ecc. Interessanti anche gli accorgimenti nel bagno, infatti era presente un bel phon ed uno specchio aggiuntivo. Altra cosa, non c'era la moquette! Il quartiere è molto carino e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, locali, market e fermate metro.

The rooms were very spacious and recently renovated. Everything seemed clean and the beds were very comfy. The sofa bed was very spacious. Kettle and tea bags gratefully used! The owner followed up with us to chack we were ok. Unfortunately as my phone hadn't charged properly we didn't have enough battery to contact them but there was nothing urgent...

Negative:
NB - these are all small teething problems I imagine and due to construction so may change in due course... When we arrived in the dark we thought we must be in the wrong place. There were sheets on the floor as they are decorating the hallway and other apartments (I'm guessing in time for the Olympics). I had read something about construction so recalled this and reaslied we must be in the right place. We were on the 4th floor and the lift looked dubious and would only take one of us without the alarm going off. The 2 x bathrooms work very well - spacious and good showers. However there was only one WC which was in a corridor which was a bit weird! It would have been useful to have USB charging points, especially as some of the sockets we really needed to wiggle our adapters in to get them to work (leading to my phone not charging on the first night). In the mornings we were woken up at 6am with construction starting ( trucks reversing). We were unable to change the A/C from 16 deg C so it was very cold when we used it.

Positive:
The property is located on a great block in the 9th a block from des Matyres. There are two metro stops within several blocks. The neighborhood is spectacular- lively and filled with great restaurants and indie shops.
The room itself was a studio with a large bed and couch, as well as a small kitchen which we never used.
The bed was extremely comfortable and had great linens.
The bathroom was tiny, but the shower was roomy and had great fixtures.

Negative:
The property is a combination apartment rental/and hotel.
While there was someone sitting at the front desk daily, and they were very nice, there are no services.
You are charged extra to have your room cleaned or linens changed.

Bauarbeiten im Treppenhaus und auf der Strasse. Ist aber nicht schlimm in einer Grossstadt

Negative:
Система оформлення бронювання. Обовʼязково сфотографуйте всі паролі від власника, бо потім це повідомлення неможливо знайти) Також не сподобалось залогова сума. Коли читаєш про таке відчуття що все що не працює в квартирі після виїзду спишуть на тебе) Тому я відразу прописала про те що не працює пульт від телевізора) Також рекомендує змінити капсули до кави машини. Вони погано працюють і машинка від цього ламається.

Negative:
I would recommend you to add more kitchen utensils, for example bigger cutting board and ladle. Also sharpen knives and to clean the blockage of the sink in the bathroom.
