Positive:
Amenities and ample space for 3 adults plus good value for money.

Negative:
Lift was broken for 1.5 days which made us go up and down to 6 flight of stairs. They did rectify that on 2nd day.

Positive:
The location was awesome. The apartment was well stocked.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. We have been to Paris many times and usually stay more in the central areas but decided to try something slightly further and we loved it here. It was less crowded but still very close, about 15-20 minute drive to the main sights. It was nice that each of our kids had their own room and common area space and then my husband and I had our own space. Everything was clean and we loved the view from the balcony. The only thing I didn't prefer was the size of the bathroom, it was very tight so I wasn't able to do my hair inside there. There is one full length mirror in one closet but there needs to be one added that's easier to use in my opinion. I would stay here again.

I usually try to be forgiving and rate accommodations highly, but my recent experience at Quartier Libre Saint-Georges fell short of expectations, especially given its 8.9 rating on Booking.com.

Several issues significantly impacted our stay:

Communication: On the evening before our arrival, we called with some urgent questions. Despite the website claiming 24/7 availability, no one answered our calls for hours, and no one returned our messages. This lack of communication was very frustrating.

Elevator Out of Service: The elevator was out of service for two days. This situation forced us to carry our two-year-old toddler up and down four flights of stairs multiple times a day to the fourth floor, which was extremely challenging and inconvenient. Additionally, during these two days, the noise from people using the stairs several times during the night, likely heading to the airport, woke us up multiple times.

Bedroom Light: During our first night, a light in the bedroom would not turn on. While this was eventually fixed, it caused inconvenience and disrupted our evening.

Kitchen Light: The following night, the kitchen light would not turn off, forcing us to sleep with the light on all night. This severely affected our ability to rest.

Thin Walls: The walls were very thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking outside the door and from the rooms upstairs, which added to the disturbance.

Mold in Shower: We also discovered some mold in the shower.

Most of these issues were communicated to the hotel through email and also through a talk with a representative. Despite this, five days have passed since the email was sent, and the hotel has not responded, and no monetary compensation was offered, leaving us very disappointed.

These issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay, leaving us very disappointed.

God service fra personalet. En ny og moderne hotellejlighed til en god pris tæt på alle turistattraktioner. Meget ren lejlighed og ren luksus. Vi vil gerne komme igen og bo på Quartier Libre Madeleine

Location, confort and prompt responses to questions.

Negative:
During chein I found out I had to choose between leaving a € 500,00 deposit or pay € 30,00 insurance instaed. Also a few days before my trip they told me they were painting the hall but should not affect my stay. They are actually refurbishing the halls and starways so it was quite dirty and a smelly, though once inside the apartament it did not affect our stay.

Positive:
The property is well located, well-equipped and well maintained. The sofa bed was ready and we had everything we needed during the stay.

The staff helped recommend some great activities and we will definitely be back :)

Mon séjour à Quartier Libre Opéra était super. Le logement était spacieux et propre.
La literie est de qualité, le décoration est élégante.
Le personnel a été très accueillant à mon arrivée.
L'hôtel est bien placé, en plein centre de Paris.

Perfekt utgångspunkt för att upptäcka Paris. Nära till kollektivtrafiken till både sevärdheter och till tåg/flyg. Trevliga restauranger i området och möjligheter till shopping. Vi uppskattade att ha tillgång till det lilla köket, för att på så vis få möjlighet att fixa frukost och mindre måltider efter våra önskemål.
Vår lägenhet låg mot innergården, vilket inte erbjöd någon hisnande utsikt men däremot möjlighet att sova gott med öppet fönster.

Positive:
The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Everything seemed brand new and well-maintained. The air conditioning units worked very well. The fully equipped kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom, and large screen in the living area added to the convenience. The beds were very comfortable.

Entering with a door code was very convenient. On the last day, the lady on site kindly showed us the luggage hold area since we had a late evening flight and needed to store our bags for a few hours. There is a grocery store just a stone's throw away, making it easy to stock up on essentials.

The apartment is walking distance from the Galleries LaFayatte, other restaurants and pubs are located very close to the area.

Negative:
A little bit of soap gel in the bathrooms would have been appreciated.

Best location to get to almost all places of interest by walk. We almost didn’t use taxi because we’re in the middle between Monmartr and Luvre area
Reception zone is great you can spent time downstairs

The property is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient.

Every staff member we encountered was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist with any request.

The room was perfectly clean, spacious and elegantly decorated. The appartement was equipped with modern amenities and bed was very comfortable.
