Positive:
Location was fantastic. Apartment was clean and modern. I was able to book at last minute with seamless check in and ready access to facilities late at night. I was surprised to get an apartment like this with 2 full bedrooms and modern facilities in Paris. Lots of great places to eat literally right outside the doors of the building and the people that we encountered at restaurants and various bakeries, the corner store down the street etc were all fantastic to us. Would definitely go back here again.

Negative:
Not much. Elevator is a bit tight for space if I am being picky, but it is Paris.

Positive:
Property is well located and has comfortable beds and all the glassware you’d need. Ideal for a 1/2 night stay but probably too small to stay for a week holiday.

Negative:
There was either a large security deposit or a one off €30 fee so you could be exempt from paying for any damage you may cause. My friends and I are very respectful of properties but we felt this was a con to scare you into giving €30 away as the list of charges for what you might break was very expensive. The €30 should be refunded.

Appartement très chouette , très fonctionnel ,accessible par ascenseur , très bien situé dans le 9eme, accueil très sympa et très pro en même temps

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten drin und Fussläufig so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar.

Negative:
Es fehlten Kleinigkeiten wie Küchenhandtücher, Seife im WC, sowie die Beschreibung von Heizung und Safe.

Un poco frío, no entendía bien la calefacción

Nothing at all, there is no person to contact. Our booking is cancelled very last minute at the door. Not notified in proper channels (like email or phone) All payment was done before, also city tax is payed on the day of check-in. However on the check-in time, we learned that actually our booking is cancelled.

Positive:
Die Lage des Gebäudes an dem kleinen, ruhigen und gepflegten Platz war sehr schön. Metro nur 2 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Lokale und Bistros in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter/in war täglich an der Rezeption erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles wirkte sehr ordentlich. Nette, kleine Geschäfte und eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Straße.

Negative:
Für drei Personen etwas beengt im Zimmer, aber für eine Stadt wie Paris ok.

Positive:
Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung in bester Lage. Neu renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll, gut ausgestattet.

bagno un po' piccolo, riscaldamento eccessivo, qualche difficoltà nell'aprire la porta. Attenzione!Mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno anche per mia figlia minorenne, nonostante avessi segnalato più volte l'errore dell'importo.

Positive:
Well organized and practical with all amenities for a family stay. Gives an experience of living in Paris in an apartment.

Estaba el edificio en obras y no funcionaba la calefacción del baño.

Positive:
The location could be good if only there was no renovation in the entire building and on the street. It was close to the metro and some locations like the Louvre and Gallery Lafayette. The apartment itself was clean, the bathroom was very nice, beds clean and comfortable.

Negative:
I didn't like the fact that everything seemed to be automated; we were struggling with the website and could not get the entrance code for the door. Then after 7 attempts, we couldn't get into the building. Another guest was also struggling with her code. Luckily, someone approach us and help us with the keypad. Until now I have no idea who was it. Never introduced himself. Nevertheless, the entire building was dusty and noisy due to the renovation. The apartment was advertised as with a balcony; however, the pictures on the website were not relevant and showed all sorts of apartments in the building, so we ended up not knowing that our apartment would have such a difficult entrance to the balcony. I had my 70-year-old mum with me, and she was struggling to access the "balcony" although we went for the superb apartment. On top of that, then, the price was way too high compared to the standard received.

Positive:
I liked the nice, cosy appartment almost in the heart of the beautiful city.

Negative:
Noise, it was very loud because of the traffic, and you can hear it especially at night, up till metro doesn't stop wprking

لايوجد تواصل مباشر مع طاقم الشقه
واذا ماتتكلم فرنسي
فا تقريبا ماراح تقدر تتواصل معهم
واذا تواصلت معهم عن طريق الرسائل يردون عليك بعد يومين او اكثر
وكان فيه مشكله في الانترنت
وحاولت اتواصل معهم بس للاسف بلاء فائده
وبنزل لكم صور لطريقه تواصلهم وردهم

العماره قديمه وفيها اعمال ترميم

ممكن لا يناسب البعض

La situación es fantástica

Negative:
Pedí con mucha antelación la entrada antes de la hora habitual y se me contestó que no habría problemas pero cuando llegamos el código no funcionaba. Una persona empleada amablemente nos abrió "como favor" para dejar las maletas a la hora convenida. Lo mismo pasó a la salida por mucho que estuviese avisado semanas atrás.
Un alojamiento para 6 personas con dos cuartos de ducha grandes, buenos dormitorios... pero un excusado de 1m x 1 m. Simplemente disfuncional.
Nadie nos avisó de las obras que tienen plastificado el acceso y con ruidos muy molestos eso sí, durante la jornada laboral
