Great location, quite spacious, beautiful and very quiet apartment tastefully renovated and well maintained. Little kitchen has everything you need. There was even a little outdoor patio adjacent to the bedroom. Very comfortable bed and blackout curtains made the jet lag easier to handle. Beautiful finishes throughout: parquet floors and marble dining table.We liked travertine tiling in bathrooms and kitchen with marble sinks and countertops , which felt luxurious. Facing the inner courtyard the apartment was very quiet at night. We found this place very last minute , because the hotel we initially booked refused to accommodate us with our 5year old daughter in a room meant for two. We were super happy we found Opera Residence and had much better experience here then we would have had in a small hotel room…

Positive:
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy i metro. Do wieży Eiffla można dojechać autobusem bez przesiadek i po drodze jeszcze przejeżdżasz obok Łuku Triumfalnego. W pobliżu kilka piekarni, więc codziennie próbowaliśmy croissanty w innym miejscu. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, więc można sobie przygotować śniadanie.

Positive:
I like the place, very homey and its close to a lot of establishments. The bed was super relaxing. Loved sleeping in it. The kitchen was a joy, everything we needed for the short stay was there.

Negative:
There is a big problem with the door locks, so many times that we had to enter the door code to the apartment and it would say error. It will take us at least 5 to 10 times before it will open. I think something wrong with the keypad. Also the electric load of the apartment is not capable of handling the heater, and 2 stove top running at the same time. It will keep on tripping the breaker. You can only turn on the heater for the room or the heater for the living area. When you turn it on at the same time it will trip the breaker. So we cant be in different rooms.

Tesisin yeri harikaydı, metroya 2-3 dk lık mesafeydi. Etrafı cafe ve restaurant doluydu, market çok yakınındaydı. Asansör olması çok mutlu etti.

طبعا انا مو اول مره اسكن فيها
وفيها سلبيات ولكن تتماشى مع عملي
اول - العماره فيها ترميم
يعني صوت التكسير والعمال من الصباح بدري
والصوت مزعج لدرجه انك بتصحى من نومك

مرسلين اسم الشبك وكلمة المرور الخاصة بالانترنت
وهي غير صحيحه وتتواصل معهم مايردون !
والمشكله حتى الشريحه الخاصه بي ماتعمل داخل الشقه لابد من الخروج في البلكونه والاجواء بررررد ومطر !
وطبعا فيه WIFI
باسم الشقه مجرد تدخل عليه معك 60 ثانيه ويفصل وترجع تدخل مره ثانيه وهاكذا
وبنز لكم صوره من مشكله الاتصال

وبعد اليوم الثالث اكتشفت WIFI
خاص بالشقه مختلف عن اللي تم ارساله لي عن طريق معلومات تسجيل الدخول
وقدرت اسوي اتصال فيه ومشت الامور

ياتتكلم فرنسي يا قفل الخط في وجهك

المصيبه كل شي عن طريق التواصل ومايردون
يتعامل معك وكانك روبورت

طبعا انا مو اول مره اسكن فيه وزي ماقلت هي تخدمني بسبب طبيعة عملي
فالازعاج اللي في الصباح اكون انا صحيت وطلعت اخلص شغلي

لكن نصيحة اذا بالك مو طويل او جاي بعيالك
لا تفكر تسكنها
انا والله مو عادتي اكتب تعليق سلبي بالطريقه هذي
وبحكم شغلي
ترددي على اوروبا بشكل شهري
وسكنت في المدن والضواحي

يعني تجي قبلها بساعه تجلس في الشارع

Negative:
The electricity was cut off 20 times at least, and they didn't provide any compensation nor being able to fix it :( but the apartment was newly furnished! With a nice small kitchen that is well equipped.

Impossible de régler le chauffage sur les thermostats d'ambiance des chambres. Il faisait bcp trop chaud alors qu'on les avais mis à 16°

The fact I could not open the front door was so bad they give you a combination number, but the door is extremely difficult to open. I was locked out several times with no staff availability.

La ubicación y el buen estado del piso

El acceso al piso pasando por dos puertas con código de acceso que previamente no se me había facilitado. El primer día tuvimos que esperar instrucciones del que estaba al otro lado del teléfono durante una hora y media.

La calefacción del dormitorio principal no funcionaba. Y solo había un WC para todo el piso.
Las zonas comunes aún estaban en reforma , con el suelo cubierto con plásticos

Travaux dans l immeuble voisin, bruyant des 6h30 du matin, personnel de l immeuble bruyant dès 5h30 du matin ( dans la cours )
Absence de micro ondes, alors que prévu dans le descriptif et indispensable quand on a un enfant.
Chauffage en panne la première nuit, donc nous avons dû dormir à 3 dans un lit avec mon enfant, alors que nous avions loué ce logement avec 2 chambres .( interventions trop tardive )

Only location as expected and described in booking.com. Everything else was a full disaster

Negative:
I strongly advise against staying at this accommodation due to a significant mouse infestation. During my stay on the 2nd floor, I encountered mice roaming freely. On the second night, a mouse appeared next to my wife's head, prompting us to investigate. Shockingly, the mouse emerged from under our bed and fearlessly approached us. This incident, along with subsequent sightings, led us to believe that the entire hotel is plagued by rodents.

Faced with the unsettling situation at 2 AM, we relocated to the living room. However, even there, mice found their way in through holes in the walls, further exacerbating our discomfort. Eventually, we made the decision to vacate the premises and find alternative accommodation.

I promptly informed the owner of our departure that same night. Seeking a refund the next day, I was met with uncooperative and even hostile responses. Initially ignored, I was later asked to provide photographic evidence of the mouse encounter, which I promptly supplied. Despite this, the owner remained evasive regarding the possibility of a refund, even going so far as to accuse me of fabricating the incident when contacted by booking.com support.
I will not even mention the bad smell from the bathroom the dripping water from the pipe and overall cleanliness.

For two months, I engaged in frustrating communication attempts with the owner, seeking a straightforward answer to my refund request. Instead, I was subjected to delays, dismissals, and deceitful tactics. Therefore, I strongly urge potential guests to steer clear of this establishment to avoid exposure to the health risks associated with rodent infestations and the unscrupulous behavior of its management.

The location is fantastic and the apartment is pretty even a bit small.

Negative:
The lift was making cracking sounds and felt unsafe, the outside door wasnt working sometimes and had to push strong. We saw many guests struggling to get in and there was no one at the reception during the night.

El apart es precioso y muy bien ubicado! Tuvimos una pequeña dificultad al llegar, porque no habian tomado una modificación que habiamos hecho a la reserva original , que si bien no pudo resolverse en el momento, nos ofrecieron una opcion alternativa sin costo hasta que pudimos acceder a la habitación que habiamos reservado ( con una habitacion, living y un balconcito a la calle muy parisino! ). Vuelvo a agradecer a Simina que se ocupó personalmente del tema hasta resolver todo y hasta nos ofrecieron una nota de disculpa acompañada de un presente.
Realmente el hotel es precioso. Y todos los departamentos están decorados con muy buen gusto y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias super cómodos. Un consejo en base a nuestra experiencia, si son mas de dos personas, reserven directamente el apartamento superior o uno mas amplio. Los estudios son bastante pequeños para mas de dos personas.
La cocina está super equipada con vajilla, cafetera de capsulas, pava electrica, hornallas, horno, lavavajilla y una canastita de bienvenida con capsulas de cafe, crema y azucar (Solo le agregaría un microondas para mayor practicidad).
El baño, impecable tambien con jabones, shampoo y acondicionador de muy buena calidad.
Laundry disponible en el subsuelo con acceso sin restricciones.
La calle super tranquila y con muchos bares y restaurantes "pegados" al hotel y mas restaurantes y supermercados a pocos pasos. A pocas cuadras de la estacion de
metro PIGALLE ( Boulevard de Clichy ) y cercano al Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur en Montmartre ( se puede ir caminando ). De ensueño el Balconcito a la calle con una mesa y sillas para disfrutar un cafe contemplando las callecitas de Paris. MUY RECOMENDABLE! Esperamos volver pronto!!

De wijk met gezellige winkels en restaurantjes, dichtbij metro stations, het was zeer schoon en netjes, zeer vriendelijk personeel (deels op afstand).

Negative:
Het is ‘s-nachts erg warm. Met het raam open was het te doen.
