Positive:
Location was ideal, i enjoy walking/exploring and all the City hotspots were easily reached. Big plus was the variety of local shops with great produce; several bakery and pastry shops nearby. I tried them all and they were all delicious.
Apartment was well presented, furnished and maintained, all i needed, was there. Luggage store and complimentary washer/dryer machines were nice touches for my week long stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thinking i should have stayed longer..

Negative:
I am reaching here.
At first i thought the apartment a little small (having previously come from a 2 bed apartment) but soon adapted and it had all i needed.

One surprise - a French kitchen without a corkscrew !!
Soon remedied.

Positive:
Estaba recién refaccionado, como nuevo.

Estaban refaccionando otros departamentos del edificio y el ruido comenzaba a las 7:30.

Super net! LLits molt còmodes. Vam poder deixar les maletes a una habitació que tenen habilitada.

Negative:
A les 8h del matí ens van despertar les obres que actualment estan fent a l’ edifici.

Der var renovering i hele ejendom som startede kl. 730 og varede til ca. kl 1700. ingen mulighed for at opholde sig på stedet om dagen da det bankede og larmede så meget. Har kontaktet udlejer men intet hørt fra dem.

Die Lage war super.

good location, near to bus stop and metro station. Also near to La sainte famille.the apartment is very clean and safe and well-equipped. the price is also very good.

Sehr schönes Apartment, sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht für ein paar Tage oder auch länger in der Stadt. Super gelegen, gutes Stadtviertel mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Metro ganz in der Nähe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Positive:
I booked the apartment since it has a washing machine. But once I arrived there, there wasn't washing machine. I heavily complained as I needed it, and that's the reason for booking for my long business trip.
Originally owner said sorry for that and asked me go to laundry. I had no choice....
Then during my stay, owner installed it. It's great. Ideally it should have been set as it states on web site. But I really appreciated owners effort. It helped me a lot. I booked next reservation. :-)

Negative:
I was wondering when room clean would be made during my stay. And almost last day of my stay, I realized that I could ask it thru boarding page.... It's great if there is leaflet or something it tells customers what can be done on boarding page.

A localização é ótima! Muitos restaurantes e cafés em uma região muito agradável de Paris. A cozinha do apartamento era muito boa e as camas confortáveis.

Purtroppo i lavori edili nel palazzo e nelle scale rendono l’accesso sensibilmente disagevole rispetto invece allappartamento che è’ all’altezza delle aspettative . La tv era mancante del cavo antenna

L'appartement est très agréable, propre et très bien décoré.
La chambre est grande et le lit confortable.
Et également une grande salle de bain.
Il est très bien placé. Le quartier est calme.

Все новое, чистое и стильное. В квартире тихо и тепло. Есть все необходимое, достаточно мест хранения. Расположение - идеальное. В пешей доступности опера, лувр, монмартр, 2 станции метро. Очень удобный бесконтактный заезд и выселение. Есть комната хранения багажа. Персонал очень приветливый.

Negative:
Очень маленькая ванная комната, в ней трудно разместить много вещей и даже сушить волосы. Но для Парижа - это норма, так что в целом все супер!
