Positive:
Alojamiento muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, a un minuto del metro, cómodo y limpio.

Negative:
Un poco pequeño para tres personas pero no fue un problema ya que solo lo usamos para dormir.

Positive:
- Great location between Pigalle and Saint Georges stops (definitely use Saint Georges more if you can)
- Modern amenities that sometimes worked
- Nice kitchen for simple meals
- We had a very cute balcony!
- Elevator worked for getting luggage up to 5th floor!
- Very quiet for such a central location

Negative:
- The amenities inside the apartment were modern, but a lot of things were broken & never fixed: the TV never worked, lights were out in the bedroom, the one outlet in the bathroom was broken, and we had a bathroom shower that leaked water all along the grout. Almost everything we told to management, the response was either "someone will come in 2 days" or they just never fixed it.
- Management was pretty ghetto. Anytime I needed to message them, their responses were unhelpful. My request on night 1 was for more pillows because the bed only had 2 very flat pillows to sleep on. They told me they had no extras because the entire building was booked.... you're running a hotel, you can't have the common sense to have extra pillows for each room? But the ON TOP OF THIS, a few days later we were opening the sofa couch and found that it had 2 extra pillows tucked in there. A real hotel or a good host would have suggested we try looking there when we first asked.

Cool neighborhood. Flat is a bit cozy but it is Paris after all. The flat is really two flats connected in the middle, a nice way to segregate space depending on what you’re looking for. Nice balconies.

Positive:
Location is excellent everything was nearby and Josh was very helpful during our stay.

Negative:
Lights overthe table was bit annoying

A bit cramped. The bathroom sink for example is very small and tucked in a tight corner.

The bathroom should be cleaned more in addition to the flooring

Cozy and clean. Great location, full of restaurants and lots to offer.

Seemed bigger in pictures but still comfortable

I loved everything about this place. If I could give it a higher rating than exceptional, I would. I can’t find fault with anything! So many great restaurants and shops nearby and we walked everywhere. This is an enchanting part of Paris.

Brand new, excellent venue

New, beautiful interior and dishes, super beds and pillows

Positive:
The location was great. Close to train station and in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. It has a great lobby waiting area. It was furnished and decorated very nicely. Bedrooms are a nice size and beds were super comfy.

Negative:
The bathroom is very nice but small and has no washer. But it wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Positive:
Konumu çok güzeldi. Odada ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey vardı.

Negative:
Tesisin girişinde çalışan bir görevli bulunmadığı için herhangi bir problem ile karşılaştığınızda yardımcı olacak kimse yoktu. Odamız soğuktu, mail attım cevap veren olmadı. Odamızda bebek karyolası olacağı söylenmişti ancak yoktu, sadece yatak olarak kullanılabilir açılır kapanır bir koltuk vardı, oda bebek için çok büyüktü ve açtığınızda odada yer kalmıyordu. Diğer konu ise tesisi tutmak istediğinizde depozito olarak sizden 30 euro(iade edilmiyor) veya 300 euro(iade ediliyor yazıyor ama şartları var) alınıyor. Bu konuda sitede yeterli ve ayrıntılı bilgi yoktu. Fazladan 30 euro vermek zorunda kaldım. Bu konuda yeterli bilgiye sahip olsam tesisi kiralamazdım.

Die ruhige Lage, Einrichtung.

Positive:
Clean rooms and nice staff and accessible but the rooms are very small comparing to the photos. No parking for the building...so even to load or unload your luggage, it has to be quick. They charge extra for the cleaning service and towels/trash bags are per request only. They fixed the safe for me.

Negative:

Positive:
La situation du logement (quartier vivant et agréable vers rue des Martyrs, accès métro), la décoration, le confort, l'accès facile. Appartement au 6eme étage sous les toits donc plus petits que les autres mais qui restait fonctionnel et bien agencé.
Accès sécurisé. Personnel disponible.

Negative:
Certains équipements mériteraient d'être revus : douche qui fuit, télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas (problème signalé devant être résolu). Nous avons eu droit à un départ différé en compensation ce qui était bienvenu car le check out est trop tôt (11h).

Positive:

Negative:
Місцерозташування. Кожен день, з 6 і до 8 ранку вивозять мусор по декілька раз. Не можна спати.
Не робив обігрівач для рушників у ванної, хоча я писав про це до керуючого помешканнем, але його не відремонтували, тому рушники завжди були вологі. У ванній протекає душова кабіна, від того на полу стоїть калюжа води. Коли ми зайшли до кімнати, то у ванній висіли два вологих пользованих рушника з слідами жиночої губної помади.
Була несправна дверь на балкон, тому вона зачинчлася неплотно і приходилося часто вмикати обігрівач у кімнаті.

Positive:
역에서 가깝고 주요 관광지 도보 거리임. 시설이 새것임.

Negative:
세면대 물잘안내려감. 3명이 묵기에는 좁음.

Positive:
The place was in great location and great for traveling around the city.

Negative:
There were too many works around and noise all the time even on a weekend! Very had to rest and relax over the weekend.

Positive:
Las yabitaciones bien pero dure un semana y el aseo lo cobtan extra y carisimo 50 euros por dia y mal hecho

Negative:
El personal pesimo la limpieza pesima si duras un dia esta bien pero mas es espantoso todo es cobro extra y no ayudan nada mala la ubicacion es l zona roja d eparis
