Positive:
The location was fantastic, perfectly situated near the Opera. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. We stayed with our 11-year-old child, and the space was just right for us. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious. Furthermore, the communication with the staff prior to our arrival was excellent; they were very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. The digital access (boarding pass) system made our check-in process incredibly smooth and fast.

Posizione centrale, vicino all'Opéra Garnier, comoda per visitare Parigi. Appartamento spazioso e tranquillo. Staff cordiale.

乾淨明亮，窗外街景也漂亮。櫃台有服務人員，很方便處理臨時狀況或寄放行李。對面有大型超市。前方就有公車站牌，走路10分鐘可到聖母院RER地鐵站和火車站，直達戴高樂機場，到凡爾賽宮或各國知名景點都很方便。附近熱鬧乾淨安全，慢慢走路可以到聖母院，也很舒服。

I liked the location, the cleanliness of the room on arrival, the complimentary bathroom products. The kitchen and its equipment and things like tea towel dishwasher tablets.

Negative:
A lack of changing sheets for a five night stay is mean and NOT good value for money. The shower room was too small. You couldn’t close the door easily as the room was so small, I asked to change rooms but was told it was not possible. I asked how could I ensure I could be allocated room 203 if I book again and was told it was not possible. I asked for additional towels after two nights and was given them. There were no brushes to sweep the floors with and after returning from muddy places by day 3 there was sand and mud on the floor that I had no means of cleaning.

Negative:
The beds were not spotless, there were human hairs on all beds. There were many phone customer service reps, some of them were rude.. too many hoops to jump through to check in. I almost got my car towed for parking right in front to pick up my luggage, I had to pay 150 euro for them to release my vehicle.The overall experience was way expensive for what it was... I wanted top notch, I got semi-below average.

地理位置优越，交通便利，出门1分钟就是地铁站；公寓正对面有一家很大的超市，购买食物和生活用品方便。距离各大景点步行20分钟左右即可达到。另外酒店工作人员非常友善热情，整体入住体验还是不错的。

Não oferecem serviço de limpeza do quarto incluso, pedi pra trocar as toalhas pois ficamos 5 noites e foi informado que precisava pagar a parte também. Café da manhã muito ruim em um bistrô ao lado - higiene bem duvidosa do local, louças sujas.

The apartment was excellent in terms of size, cleanliness, and comfort. It would be wrong not to mention the location, it was simply fantastic. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I would especially like to thank Siryne, who was in charge of breakfast and Salwa at the reception for their friendly attitude and constant support when needed. We were so pleased with our stay that we've booked again for June.

La posizione dell' aparthotel è eccellente. Letto comodissimo ottime lenzuola e biancheria. Camera molto ben accessoriata con tutto il necessario sia per cucina che per bagno. Supermercato a pochi passi e strada molto ben servita.

Negative:
Colazione terribile fuori dalla struttura, consiglio di evitarla. Meglio acquistare il necessario in supermercato a 20metri e farla in camera. Rigidità nel sistema di pagamento delle tasse di soggiorno attraverso il cellulare, non accettato bancomat ne contanti.

Positive:
Goede ligging, ruime kamer, makkelijke check in, vriendelijk personeel. Wij komen zeker nog terug!

Veel berichten van het management, misschien wel teveel...

Positive:
Clean and really comfortable apartments. Plenty of space for three of us. Peaceful at nighttime. Easy check in and check out. Staff on site if needed. Great location - very central to everything.
