Positive:
Das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr sauber und qualititiv hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles wirkte sehr neu. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt an U-Bahn und Bushaltestellen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufweite und umringt von tollen Restaurants und Läden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Negative:
Leider hat der Türcode mehrmals plötzlich nicht mehr funktioniert, letztendlich haben wir als Ersatz einen Schlüssel bekommen. Was uns wirklich gefehlt hat, waren Haken im Bad und zum Aufhängen von Jacken im Eingangsbereich. Es gab absolut nichts, wo man regennasse Jacken aufhängen konnte, das war ärgerlich. Wenn ein paar Haken an die Wand geschraubt würden, wäre das definitiv eine große Bereicherung!

Positive:
We stayed here as a family of four (two kids) and really enjoyed it. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. We booked an apartment-style room: we had a separate bedroom and the kids slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen setup was great for a family, with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine, plus everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Location is excellent: a Carrefour grocery store is literally next door, and the Opera and boutique shopping are within easy walking distance. Good soundproofing too. Overall, amazing value for the price in this area. I almost don’t want to recommend it too much, or it’ll be hard to book next time! 😊

Negative:
The only small downside: the hotel is fully keyless, and the 6-digit access codes can be a bit hard to remember and type in multiple times a day. A shorter code (for example 5 digits) would make it even more convenient.

La literie n’était pas confortable. Le coffre dans la chambre inutilisable et le mitigeur de la douche ne fonctionnait pas.
Le parquet de notre chambre etait penché ce qui ne nous a pas trop rassuré sur l’état de l’immeuble en general.

Cuarto de baño totalmente equipado de jabón, champoo, acondicionador y gel. Doble juego de toallas para cada uno. Cocina muy completa. Menaje perfecto.

Tolle Lage, alles gut zu erreichen mit Metro oder auch zu Fuß. Sicheres Viertel mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten um abends auszugehen.
Sehr hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Tagsüber ist die Rezeption besetzt, das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, ansonsten ist alles digital organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Positive:
Le cadre cozy du hall et de la chambre. Le rangement, le tout équipé, la douche et les produits Occitane, l'accès par code, la buanderie, la salle de sport, les livres à disposition. Et le personnel agréable, non intrusif, à l'écoute du client si besoin.

The value for money is fantastic. We were in a double bedroom apartment with all needed accommodations, two steps from the Opera and a walking distance from Louvre, Lafayette, Orsy and many other places to visit. The street is small and cosy, full of cafes/restaurants and a Carefur at about 50 meters. Very clean, warm and cosy place. The personnel was very polite, and big "thank you" to Shamo, who helped us always. The breakfast was at a small and beautiful italian restaurant next door. In the apartment we found everything we needed and more - appliances, kitchen utensils, hygiene utensils, etc. When we come back to Paris to continue exploring it, we are definitely booking Qartier Libre Opera again.

Fantastic location, the email registration system made checking in extremely easy. The apartment was spacious and very well appointed wiht crockery, utensils, and plenty of towels. Bed was comfy, and aircon/heating was simple to operate and efficient.

Wow, I don't know where to start. I was in France for six weeks and discovered Quartier Libre Marais. This is the best location and value in Paris and the staff is so amazing. Caroline went above and beyond for me. Always the best smile and always ready to help me with anything. I ended up staying three time at Quartier Libre as I traveled to different cities in France. This is the only place I want to stay on in the future. I was able to cook a beautiful meals during the Christmas holidays with my kids and the market des Enfants Rouges is just a few blocks away so also a great Monoprix across the street. Can't wait to go back. Caroline I'll be back in May. Thank you for the kindness I experimented with you guys! This time I'm bringing some more of my friends with me to introduce them to Quartier Libre Marais.

Everything, super clean. Thoughtfully designed and has everything like you're in a real apartment anywhere in the world. Super sophisticated. I was just like home in San Francisco.

Read to the end…Great location, clean, generous apartment furnished to latest standard.

Negative:
The room smelled from one of the water outlets. I was on a business trip and stayed three nights originally, then booked a 4th night, which I needed to cancel. Unfortunately, I had booked without a cancellation option through a booking platform and despite my request, and despite the hotel being otherwise fully booked and in high demand apparently, the hotel management did not allow a cancellation and refund on a courtesy basis, and instead chose to strictly act in line with their rights and policy. That was not incorrect but commercially disappointing. Would not go back there for that reason alone.

Positive:
I originally book a room at this hotel Quartier Libre Marais and instead you sent me to Quartier Libre Opera. So the location was the only good thing that was worth it.

Negative:
I didn't like that you changed my confirmed, paid room at the Marais at the last moment before I left to come to Paris and sent me to the Opera hotel instead. You hardly seen the staff, the room was stuffy and with no outside light available from this pigeon haven so called balcony with no view at all. I paid 90 euro for cleaning that didn't happen until my checkout day. The breakfast was terrible, as was the service and you squeeze everyone in a small area to try to eat and the workers start cleaning and putting things away before the 10:30 deadline. There was nothing there served worth eating, so the last two days I went to the bakery and brought food so I could eat something. There was no water, no juice except a small bottle of apple juice and everyone had to share a tiny coffee machine that is also in your room for breakfast. This is not a five star establishment as you told me. I booked tour hotel Marais because of the livhted and eoomy rooms and the location. I will not book this place again.
