Bon petit déjeuner avec des superbes croissants et pains au chocolat, de vrais œufs brouillés et des omelettes ( pas de préparation en bidon) et les serveurs Adam et Julia ont été très sympa et disponibles

L’accueil. Je n’avais pas compris qu’il fallait faire l’enregistrement avant l’arrivée pour avoir le code d’accès à l’immeuble

It was at a nice area. The room was in a very good condition.

I didn’t like that if you wanted new towels you had to pay for this service otherwise you had to go down to the Landry and do it yourself. Also the room we had was very small for three people ,especially when you would open the sofa bed you couldn’t go by and get to the double bed.

Daarnaast zijn er verborgen kosten: wie geen waarborg van €300 wil betalen, kan deze afkopen voor €32. Misleiden.en niet transparant.
Zeker omdat je dit bij het online.inchecken voor je krijgt.
Dit wordt als optie aangeboden, maar in de praktijk voelen gasten zich hierdoor verplicht om dit bedrag te betalen.
Transparantie over de kosten en enkel werken met een waarborg zou duidelijker en eerlijker zijn voor klanten.

החדר היה יפה, נעים, מרווח יחסית, עם מרפסת מתוקה.
הצוות היה אדיב, היינו צריכים עזרה עם אחת המסעדות והם מאוד עזרו לנו.

כשהגענו ביקשו מאיתנו לשלם 30 יורו (לא פיקדון) כביטוח למקרה שנעשה נזקים לחדר, אחרת זה יהיה 300 יורו קנס לאדם! לתחושתי זו היתה דרך לגבות כסף נוסף.
דבר נוסף שהפריע, זה שהמחיר לא היה כולל ניקיון של החדר או לכל הפחות החלפת מגבות.
על החלפת מגבות הם דרשו 15 יורו שלטעמי זה מחיר לא סביר.

The hotel is close to many museums and important landmarks. You can easily take a walk and go visit the Louvre, Musée D’Orsay or Notre Dame de Paris. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was usually very nice and helpful.
Negative:
The property is located near one of the main streets. Windows in our room were broken and we could hear the street as if our windows were open all the time. It was hard to sleep at night. The hotel said it would send staff to try and fix the issue, but nothing was really done throughout our stay. Unfortunately as we were leaving I heard another family from another room having the same issues. It seems that there is a larger problem at hand.

It had everything that a solo traveller may need. Comfortable bed, closet, a towel warmer to wash clothes if needed, kitchen with fridge, sufficient towels for the duration and a decent sized bathroom with hair dryer!
