Negative:
Recepciós ült az asztalánál és nem tudott segíteni, mert ide csak on-line lehet bejelentkezni és ekkor kapok 6 jegyű kódokat.
Szoba, főbejárat, stb. mind különböző kóddal nyílt, melyeket állandóan keresgélni kellett a telefonomban.

Positive:
La chambre était génial ! Moderne et bien équipé, un balcon super qui donne une belle vue. Tout était très confortable et j’ai adoré mon court séjour.

Negative:
Réceptionniste compliqué à contacter car on tombe souvent directement sur une voix automatisée. Je pense ne pas avoir eu de chances car toutes les fois étaient quand la réceptionniste n’était pas là, alors je n’ai pas eu de réponse lorsque j’en avais besoin (notamment dans un moment urgent où je devais récupérer mes valises mais aucun moyen de rentrer et personne à l’accueil)

Positive:
Все идеально чисто, приятный интерьер, все новое, расположение очень удобное - все рядом.

Negative:
Не очень удобные матрасы и подушки, спина болит от них. Управление температурой странное. На +23 в спальне очень жарко, кажется, что это скорее +27, а совсем выключить нельзя. А в гостиной несколько дней было холодно, но там наоборот - включить обогрев нельзя. Но это не беспокоило нас настолько, чтобы обращаться с этой проблемой на ресепшен.

Negative:
Money doesn’t go far in Paris so it’s all relative but room size was cramped but still in line with how it’s advertised so no complaints.

O quarto é muito confortável. O sofá-cama é o melhor que já conheci. Quando montado proporciona uma experiência verdadeira de cama, sem rangidos, partes moles ou afundando. O tamanho da acomodação proporcionou conforto excepcional para três pessoas. O banheiro é grande, a água quentinha e o aquecedor suficiente para três tomarem banhos quentes nos maravilhosos sabonetes e shampoos L'Occitane. O atendimento é consistente, com respostas a qualquer hora do dia e da noite em poucos minutos por email. Nenhuma solicitação ficou sem resposta. As toalhas muito maias, o colchão da cama principal muito confortável e embora esteja localizado no centro de Paris, o quarto é silencioso, inclusive em relação aos vizinhos. E o top mesmo é a localização. Para um lado a monumental Igreja de Madeleine, para o outro a deslumbrante Opera de Paris. A poucos passos, ali, na mão...

Negative:
Tudo foi fantástico, mas se tivesse que deixar um comentário seria o incômodo de ver a porta do acesso principal aberta com o funcionamento da pizzaria, que fica no piso, em andamento. Isso aconteceu algumas vezes e permite uma brecha de segurança, pois estranhos passam por ali, inclusive operários de obra. Acrescento algo que aconteceu apenas uma vez, que foram funcionários da obra interna falando muito alto e fumando, o que incomodou, mesmo com a janela fechada. Mas, como disse, foi uma única vez em 15 dias.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Great location. Helpful staff, albeit remotely located as it was a turnkey arrangement

Breakfast options were limited but the staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating

Das es eine Baustelle gab. Zu wenig Toilettenpapier und ein zu kleines Badezimmer für die größte Apartments

Positive:
It was exceptionally clean. We travel a lot, have stayed at many hotels, and this was by far the cleanest hotel. It was very spacious and of course great location. Will definitely come back and stay here when we return to Paris.

The reception was often vacant and sometimes it would take some time to get a hold of someone.

L’emplacement et le personnel

La chambre encombrée, le petit lit double de 140 cm seulement, l’insonorisation défaillante surtout avec la chambre à côté, le côté impersonnel du tout digital… nous étions très étonnés que cet établissement puisse être un 4 étoiles alors qu’en réalité nous lui aurions mis 3 étoiles personnellement… a 200 euros la nuit tous ces désagréments auraient été plus acceptables

Limpieza, ubicación, moderno, bien mantenido y nuevo, bien acondicionado el baño y la cocina

Negative:
Solo un espejo en el baño, faltan espejos de cuerpo entero, por ejemplo en los dormitorios . El comedor es pequeño para la mesa tan grande que tiene y nos golpeamos constantemente los pies con las patas de las sillas

Location, modern and fresh appartment

Negative:
It is really very small, was hard to fit in with 2 kids. Upgraded to balcony room, it was ca 1,5 m2 :)
The locking system with 6 number code is overwhelming and we needed to use it for 3 doors to reach the room, probably owner is worried about criminaityl rate in Paris :) uber/ bolt not hapoy to pick up from the location. Beds are very hard.
